13 – Good morning

When I opened my eyes the next morning, Martijn was already awake and looked at me with a smile, when he realized, that I was awake: "Hey there beautiful, did you sleep well?" "Good morning. Yes I did, what about you?", I asked back. "I did, too. But I preferred watching you. You're really cute when you're asleep.", he chuckled. "Stalker alert...", I laughed. "Hey, I just like to look at a girl as beautiful as you!", he tried to defend himself, only to come a little closer and wrap me into a hug. He then whispered: "Can I maybe get another kiss? Yesterday was quite amazing." Without even waiting for my response, he caressed the back of my head, pulling me into a passionate kiss. "Oh Martijn...", I whispered. Wow. That guy just completely blew my mind. I gave in to the moment and the beautiful, warm feeling from yesterday night started to spread within me again. We kissed for a long while, until we were disturbed by the sound of Martijn's phone ringing. He moaned and checked the caller ID. It was his manager, so he decided to take the call. Watse and Martijn talked for a while, arranging appointments for the day. After he finished the call, we decided to get up. Martijn went into the kitchen and prepared some scrambled eggs and toast for us. He then poured me a cup of coffee and we started to eat, while talking and laughing about this and that. Afterwards, I got back into my clothes from the day before and Martijn walked me back to campus, as he had promised me. He was actually very quiet during the whole walk. "Hey Garrix, what's up with you?", I asked, grabbing his hand. "It's just... I have a full schedule of touring ahead of me the next two weeks. I won't get to see you during that time.", he replied. His blue eyes showed a bit of sadness. "Heyyy.. We'll be fine, I promise.", I smiled, "We'll see each other when you get back." "Thanks beautiful.", he said, when we had just arrived to the campus area, "I'll miss you." "I'll miss you too, Tijn.", I replied and he gave me a long hug. When I pulled away, he ran his fingers through my hair and gave me one last look out of his magical blue eyes. He then turned without saying another word or looking back. I made my way back to Anna and I's room, where Anna welcomed me with a huuuge amount of questions about last night. We sat down on my bed with a cup of tea and I started to tell her everything. "So he played you his new songs while you were sitting in bed?", she asked. "Yep, he did.", I smiled at the thought of it, "And I played the guitar and sang for him." "Ohhh Line, that's amazing! And you kissed, right?!", she asked curiously. "He's an amazing kisser!", I replied, "Wayyyyy better than Toby or everyone I kissed before." "But you two are not official yet, right?", she wanted to know. Official? No we weren't. And I mean, I didn't know if we ever would, with all the touring he did. Also, he could have any girl that he wanted. Soooo... No. Still, he made my mind go crazy, just the sheer thought of him. "No, we're not official.", I declared, "But what about you and Julian?" "We're not official either, but I have a very good feeling about.", she smiled. "Alrightyy.", I replied, "So, Martijn is on tour for the next two weeks, but I have to admit, he's just messing with my mind so much that I can't wait to see him when he gets back. I'm really really happy at the moment, even though I would have never thought I would agree to something like that so quickly after Toby and I... you know?" She nodded in agreement and gave me a hug: "It's so good that you got over that guy finally. I'm happy for you girl!" "Thanks Anna, you're the best!", I replied and hugged her back. Friends like her were so rare these days. I was really glad to have her in my life, Anna was simply the best.
