The cool wind gently rushed through my hair, the fluffy white clouds high in the sky and the radiant sun beaming down on me.

A long sigh escapes my lips and the gates of Beacontown open, revealing the half built order hall in the distance. My best shot would probably be the order hall.

I began walking towards the order hall, gazing at the letters in my gloved hands.

Occasionally my eyes glanced upwards, but mainly my eyes were glued to the papers in my hands.

Time isn't on our side this time. At any moment an attack can happen. Any time I let my guard down something happens...something strikes.

I clench my teeth, furrowing my brow. My gaze snaps upward and my eyes widen.

THUD...

I fall backwards as someone collides into me. The letters that were in my metal hands scatter all over the place and my back collides with the solid ground.

A groan emits from my mouth and I rub my aching head. A shadow cast over me and I glance up meeting a young blonde haired man.

"I'm so sorry! Here let me help you up!" He exclaimed, outreaching his hand which I struggled to grab.

He hastily pulled me up and then he swiftly began picking up my scattered letters, "Are you okay?"

My hand moved to one of the letters and I glanced at the blonde. "Yeah...I'm fine."

"What's your name?" I ask and the blonde looks up at me.

"Nicolas, Nick for short," Nick said, picking up his slightly cracked black brow line glasses and slipping them on his face.

"Are you new here?" I ask and he shakes his head putting his hand in his azure sweater for just a second. He fixed his blonde pompadour hair and with his quivering freehand hands me back all of my letters. I glance at his hands and then back up at his greenish-blueish eyes.

"They say it passes." Nicholas said as my hands gently take the letters away from him. That phrase I heard it before....I think Lukas said something similar.

"Wait a minute! Did you fight in the war or something?"

"...Yeah...," He rubs the back of his neck his turquoise colored eyes falling to the ground, "It...was really something else."

I bob my head, "And....it's not even over yet." I sigh getting up from my kneeling position.

I glance up at Nick outreaching my hand, "It was nice meeting you, but I have to get going."

Nick solemnly gazes at me, gently shakes my gloved hand and smiles, "And it was nice to meet you, Jesse. Guess I'll see ya around then."

"Yep see ya," I say with a quick nod and without another word we walk away from each other. I clutch the letters in my hand gazing upwards for a few moments. I start ambling down the busy street, smiling and waving at the citizens that walked by me. The sun was still high in the sky.

"Hey Jesse!" I turn around and my gaze meets Sylvia's, Petra walking beside her. "Hey guys," I reply, smiling broadly.

"I was wondering where you went," Petra said with a light chuckle. "Probably went with the Blondie," Sylvia teases nudging Petra's side. "What's that supposed to mean!?" I exclaim, my cheeks reddening slightly. "Oh...nothing much," Sylvia says in amusement, a small smirk tugging on her lips.

"Anyways I was wondering if you knew something about these signatures at the bottom of the letters." The words quickly flow out of my mouth as I swiftly hand the letters to her.

Sylvia gently took it from me her sapphire eyes instantly scanning the letters. Petra was curiously peeking from over her shoulder. "Hmn....," Sylvia glances up at me, "The G could mean anything, but my best guess would be Genesis."

"...Genesis...I don't understand," I say cocking my head to the side. Petra raises her eyebrow while questionably glancing at me. Sylvia puts her hand on her hip, gesturing with her freehand, "My aunt Genesis, is the leader, according to my sister. I wouldn't be surprised if she wrote it."

"Oh," Me and Petra say in unison. "Yeah. I'll hold on to them and get confirmation later."

"Alright," I say, nodding.

"We have some good news and some bad news. What do you want first?" Petra asked.

"The good news," I reply. "So now we can easily access the enemies base and collect information, but as always we have to be extremely careful," Petra gestures, "Sylvia and I were thinking that her twin could try to get on their side."

"Genesis would probably accept her again, but it's really risky to go alone, so Petra and I are tagging along with Sylvie."

"I...don't think that's a good idea especially since they know who we have on our side."

"How do you know that Jesse?" Petra questioned, crossing her arms. "They sent a letter."

"I wouldn't rely on what they say. The group is probably just trying to manipulate you and get into your head," Sylvia explained, azure eyes glancing at Petra for a spilt second.

"We're are going to execute our plan tonight. Your welcome to join us Jesse. We'll be by the gates at least by dusk," Petra explains, resting her hand on her hip.

I nod, "...I'll take that into consideration..."

Petra waves her hand in dismissal, "Fine by us."

"Anyways their was a small attack on the west side of Beacontown," My eyes widen slightly, "Luckily their were no casualties and Axel and Olivia are collecting evidence as we speak."

"Was their an explosion?" I ask, uncertainly, while gazing at Petra. "It was a small explosion but it still managed to break a small portion of the wall. We can take you there if you want."

"Do you know what caused it?" I ask as we begin walking, Petra ahead of me and Sylvia beside me. "We're not sure yet," Petra replies.

A long sigh escapes my lips, "This is gonna be a long day," I thought to myself.

___

"Their's only a small amount of debris, some gunpowder and parts of the wall." Olivia explains, crossing her arms, "The citizens that we asked said that they didn't see anything, so we can't do much."

"And most of the evidence is destroyed," Axel added. Olivia nods in agreement taking off her beanie and fanning herself with it. "Theirs nothing for Ivor to analyze now. We'll just have to rebuild the wall," Olivia utters, pointing to the hole in the wall.

I nod and gaze at the hole for a second before my gaze turns to Olivia. "Don't worry Jesse we got it covered. Right Axel?" Olivia asks, nudging Axel in his side. "...Yeah sure."

Petra glances over her shoulder then at me, "Alright Jesse we'll see you later. Remember we'll be by the gates."

I glance at Petra thinking over my desicion.
