Genesis pov:

I decided to leave Jesse alone for awhile and attend to some others things.

I walked down a dimly lit corridor, holding my head up high.

I opened a iron door slowly and immediately I heard faint shuffling.

The rattling of heavy chains hummed softly in my ears and I leaned against the door frame.

"Ah, my sweet Sylvia," I began soothingly, "You've really had a rough life haven't you? You lost all your family at a young age and you never met your mother until... recently. And your sister was against you her whole life until you killed her that is."

Sylvia shifted, clearly uncomfortable.

I walked over to Sylvia, seeing her faint outline in the shadows.

"Oh, but you can stop resisting and stop carrying this burden on your shoulders. Your just a child and you my dear deserve a better life," I whisper gently, as I squat and put a hand on her shoulder. She tenses and her breathing grows rigid.

"And you can have the life you've always wanted," I say and tuck the thick ebony hair that was in front of her sapphire eyes behind her ear, "If you join me, willingly that is-"

"My family is alive now, so why are you speaking as if they aren't," Sylvia said.

"Shush child don't you know it's rude to interrupt," I say, "And remember everything you've ever wanted you can have. A normal life, happiness, anything."

"Stop!" I can sense her frustration and I begin to grin because I've got into her mind.

"I don't need anything from you! All you do is strip me of my integrity!" She says furiously, but paused and groaned in pain.

"My little niece-"

"Don't ever call me your niece," Sylvia says earnestly, then coughed harshly, "I was never apart of your family, nor do I ever want to be."

"Ah," I pout and pretend to be sullen, "It must be a real shame that you're actually apart of my family then."

"You treat me worse than your enemies and you dare call me family!?" She exclaimed, feebly.

"Look at it this way, this is my way of showing you.. affection," I say, not meaning a word of it.

"Well your affection sucks," She says bluntly.

"Ha, I know," I say and chuckle.

"I hate you so much," Sylvia daringly breathes.

"Rude, but the feeling is mutual young one," I say and pat her on the head. I'm going to make her regret her words though.

I stand up and walk back to the door frame. I wave my hand and I see Sylvia jump as she hears an ferocious animal roar.

"Well then, sweetheart, have fun," I say as I shut the heavy door. Less than a few moments later, I hear screaming.

I snap my fingers and teleport to my throne.

I sit on it crossed legged and I ease onto the soft cushion.

"Everything's too easy," I mutter.

Suddenly, the large double doors leading to my throne-room open.

A familiar hazel eyed woman makes her way to my throne.

Her ebony hood was over her head.

As she nears me she comes to a stop, bows and looks up at me.

"What is it," I say harshly.

"People have escaped the Southern Kingdom," The woman says.

"Escaped?" I say, my tone firm.

The auburn haired woman gulps thickly.

"Y-Yes ma'am," She says, anxiously.

"This is why I do things myself," I mutter. People have too many flaws and just don't get it right!

I stand up, walk down the steps and gaze at the young woman.

"You fool," I say and the lady gasps, "You didn't think this through did you."

She quivers in fear.

"W-What a-are you talking about," She stammers.

Wow, what a lame attempt to fool me. This is the worst I've seen!

"You're not one of my people. You're obviously a spy."

"I'm not a spy!" She instantly protests.

I want to facepalm so bad at least try harder than that!

"Then how'd you know about the Southern Kingdom eh," I say bluntly, "You've must've snuck in to my place and got the information otherwise you wouldn't have known about that."

The hazel eyed woman, seemed to have lost it and the impeccable fear in her gaze told it all.

"Also, I never send people to do stuff unless their under my control, "You really aren't clever that's for sure," I say, amused with a raised eyebrow.

With that, I grab the girls arm and she punches me in the face with her free arm which wasn't smart at all. Her sharp fingers somehow dug deep into my skin and possibly tore it.

I don't feel any pain and she gasps and looks at me with even more fear as she looks at my face.

"You're... Y-you're-"

"Shhh," I say and put a finger on her soft lips, "You're really going to pay for this already, don't add to it little lady."

I smirk as I teleport her to her doom. Great, now I have to take care of that nuisance.

Sylvia Pov:

Everything hurt.

I thought I felt pain before, but Genesis showed me otherwise.

My body was aching like never before and my skin was littered with fresh cuts.

Why does she have to be my aunt? I simply can't stand her. She'll pay for this though especially for what she put my twin through.

I really hope Jesse escaped though.

Unfortunately I don't know if she made it out or not.

And I wonder if Sylvie had to endure all this because if she did I can't imagine the memories that's burned in her brain.

For all I know, terrible memories and experiences have already scarred me and this is just adding to the trauma.

Suddenly Genesis appears before me and a vibrant green glow is emitting from her. I've never seen that before.

She appeared beyond upset and I gulped.

"You're even sending people here now," She says. Oh no...

She's terrifying even if I can barely see her in the darkness.

Genesis firmly grabs my shoulder and I wince as I grit my teeth painfully.

"You never learn," Genesis muttered, enraged, "I'm done dealing with the mess you're creating," She squeezes my shoulder, "And I'll make sure you never do stuff like this again. You have my word."

Something about the way she says this, makes a knot form in my stomach and my eyes widen. Oh geez, I feel sick already.

Genesis then giggles maniacally. That's definitely not good!

"You think you've felt pain," Genesis says sternly as my blood runs cold, "Oh you haven't felt anything yet dear.... So how bout' I show you what pain really is eh."

I can make out her cruel smile in the darkness and her fury is enough to make me terrified out of my mind.

Now what have I gotten myself into?
