Sylvie pov:

"No...," Petra muttered faintly, her eyes widening in disbelief as she cast a brief glance in my direction. She knew we weren't ready for this and boy they didn't even know the truth about her yet.

However, I grit my teeth and clenched my sword tightly.

"Well well well... if it isn't little Sylvie fighting against me," Genesis said 'sullenly' while smiling mischievously as she gazed at me sternly.

"You've manipulated me enough," I begin firmly, "I'm done playing these games."

"Oh you are now eh," Genesis says almost mockingly as she steps closer to me, "I wouldn't be so sure about that."

Then, she snaps her fingers and guards surround us, their guns pointed directly at us.

Before they could even fire they were immediately wiped out.

"Genesis, you have to end this now."

My mother's voice echoed off the walls and a death glare instantly appeared on Genesis' face.

I wasn't expecting this, but Genesis spoke so coldly and her tone was full of pure bitterness.

"Then your going to have to stop me Genesee," She said spitefully, "And knowing you, I'd like to see you try."

"Why are you so against us?" I inquire quickly, W-"

"She has her reasons," Genesee said, cutting me off as she walked down the steps slowly, "And so do I."

A heavy tension settled in the room.

Without warning, Petra charged at Genesis.

"Petra! What are you doing!?" I shouted sternly as she impulsively attacked Genesis.

Before any harm, could be done to Petra, Axel stepped in.

Using my powers, I knocked Genesis back until she was near the edge of the floor.

Her hand raised and instantly I felt something tight wrap around my neck.

The air was being sucked right out of me, but I fought for air anyway.

Jesse had charged as well, gleaming sword in her hand.

I fell to my knees and without warning the tight grip released.

I coughed and inhaled so much oxygen. My throat stung and my eyes were beginning to well up.

As the rest of the gang fought Genesis who handled them all with ease, I attended to Sylvia.

Ivor was helping her, but he would be useless right now.

Hastily I took out a syringe which was filled with a light blue substance.

I really hope this works.

Hastily I grabbed her upper arm and she gazed at me wearily.

Rapidly, I injected her and she winced.

"You all don't stand a chance against me!" Genesis bellowed pridefully as I took the syringe out of Sylvia's arm.

Jesse pov:

Without  warning I was suddenly knocked backwards and I collided harshly with a chair.

I groaned as agony now coursed through my body.

My sword flew out of my hand. Dizzily, I stood up and already Petra was attacking Genesis once more.

Her enchanted sword slashed Genesis right across the face and she staggered backwards, her hand clutching her face.
