You were so done, with everything that is. You're locked up and no interesting people to talk to, not even some hot criminals in the mixed prison.

Well there were all locked up for the lamest reasons, like stealing shit from Shield, or like leaking information.

You usually spend your day sitting in the corner, glaring at the other inmates while you picked your plate clean or while you were thinking of ways to get out.

Today was different somehow, someone new came in, at first he didn't really spark your interest. He was your new cell mate.

He didn't talk much at first, but after a few weeks you got to know him better.

He has gone through the same as you, losing your children and husband in the Sokovian battle.

'So you actually got close to making them kill each other?' You smirk as you're sitting at the table.

'Yes, but then I got stopped before I had to chance to finish it...'

'That's a shame, I would give everything to watch them burn...' you reply picking at your food.

'Did you try?'

'Oh yes I tried...but I didn't even get close before they caught me...'

'Caught you doing what exactly?'

'I was retrieving some files...then they busted in and caught me red handed, oh and I tried to snipe them...didn't work either, the compound has an air tied system...'

'Do you ever consider it wrong?, taking revenge?'

'No, I don't...they wronged us, they let innocent people die...and what did the avengers do when everything was done?, they went home!, home, safely...while we were stuck cleaning up their messes...god sometimes I can still see it in front of me...'

'Like you're stuck in a nightmare...'

'Exactly...' you lean on the table as you put your head in your hands.

'I can still see the picture of my husband laying there, next to the crushed car with my children in it...that is something I will never be able to forget...' you grit your teeth.

Zemo moves his hands to yours and lays them down on the table.

'You're not alone in this, you know that...'

'I do know that...'

'I was so close to having them destroy each other...maybe if I can get out I can get them to do it again...'

'Then why don't we just escape, go our supper are ways after...I have stuff I need to do...'

'How do you suggest we do that?'

'Hoist me up...' you say and Zemo gives you a boost as you climb over the fence.

He then proceeds to climb up and over on his own. Landing next to you in the grass.

'Let's get out of here before they spot us...' he suggests and you nod.

After a while of walking through the woods and looking over your shoulders, you reach the edge of the city.

'So I guess this is where we part ways...'

'It appears so y/n...'

You smile, you actually enjoyed someone's company for once in your life after everything that happened in Sokovia.

'You know, I could use some help...' Zemo grabs your arm as you try to walk away.

'Especially from a mastermind such as yours...' he smiles hopefully.

'Hey!, you two!'

'Meet me in Central Park at 2 am...we will be faster on our own...' you say quickly as you put a kiss a haste kiss on his lips.

'I'll see you tonight...' he replies and you both run in opposite directions.
