Imagine; you go swimming.

'I'm going to cool down...anyone coming with me?' You ask as you get up.

'No I'm going to stay here...'

'Yes me too..'

'Same here...'

'The water is way too cold doll..' Bucky replies. 'You'll get sick...'

'Shush you wuss, it's way to hot to stay in the sun without any kind of water to cool down with...suit yourself I'm going...' you smile and you walk to the water.

'She's so stubborn..'

Bucky grins as he watches you walk to the ocean.

'Yes She is, you can't force her to do anything...I mean that's what got me interested in her in the first place..'

You look over your shoulder to see Bucky watching you while talking to Tony. You smirk and salute as you walk into the water as he winks back at you.

'You're a lucky guy Barnes...' Nat cuts in.

'I know, I thank god everyday for that woman...' Bucky smiles.

You let out a sigh as you lower yourself into the water. you go under and come up again. You close your eyes. This was the best idea ever.

'You don't ever lose sight of her do you?'

'No, I always have her back, so she can actually enjoy things like this, she trusts me..'

'Good for you man...' Steve joins.

You continue swimming and diving down, coming back up. You repeat it over and over again.

When you get back up, you watch the shore, you wave at Bucky but he isn't smiling anymore.

You turn around and a large wave pushes you under, knocking the air out of you.

You try to swim up but the strong flood pulls you in all sorts of directions. All while you're in desperate need of air.

Then you see a rock and you try to push yourself back before hitting it, but you can't. You go in head first, knocking you unconscious. You let out all the air you've got, resulting in bubbles going up.

Your body hits the rocks a few more times before getting stuck at one of the rocks.

'Y/n!' Bucky yells.

'I'm sure she's fine...it's just a little wave...' Tony says as he watches the water.

But his fear comes through when you don't come up.

Bucky crawls into his feet as he starts running to the water, taking off his shirt and shoes in the process, throwing them in different directions.

He dives in and starts looking for you. He swims and swims until he finally sees you stuck on the rocks.

He goes up for a deep breath and dives down again. He reaches you and sees that you've injured yourself badly. There's a large wound on your head and there are some cuts from the sharp edges.

He loosens you and puts his arm under you, pulling you up with him.

He then puts his other arm under you as he walks out of the water.

He rushes to the sand and lays you down while the rest of the team get on their feet.

'Friday!'

'CPR required!'

Bucky starts pumping your chest. Hoping that you will spit out the water and start breathing again.

'Come on damnit...' He curses under his breath.

'Come on baby...' he repeats.

You shutter and you sit up, lean over and throw up the water that was inside you.

'There you go...' Bucky sighs out of relief.

You cough as Bucky puts his flesh hand on your back. Calming you down a bit.

'Injuries?' Tony asks.

'She has a concussion, three broken ribs and a wound on the right side of her head...other than that minor injuries...like cuts and scratches...'

'Just a little wave huh, Stark?' Bucky shoots him a death glare.

'At least the water is not that cold...' you say with a hoarse throat.

'You scared the life out my damn heart y/n...'

You catch your breath and you lean against Bucky.

'You got me...you got me...' you whisper with a smile.

'I always got you, you know I do...' he replies kissing your head.

'I always got you...'
