Imagine; when you get sad you can often be found on the deck of the tower, legs dangling over the edge and you focus on the city.

The AU part: it's basically Tony and Steve being a couple and have adopted you and Peter.

'How could you let this happen?'

That is the question you keep asking yourself as you escape to the deck again.

Earlier today, actually about a couple minutes ago you were training when your brother Peter walked in. You were using your powers and he made you startle. You lost focus and you accidentally hurt him. You're sure it would leave a scar on his arm.

Both Tony and Steve got really mad at you, and you fled to the deck again. The one place where you could find some rest without anyone interrupting.

You sit down and let your feet dangle in the air as you look at the beautiful city.

The lights make you feel happy again, so tiny and precious.

You slowly raise your hand and it catches fire, reminding you of your power.

You return your feet to the deck and hug your legs.

Tears start to fall down, making your knees wet.

'Mind if I join?' Peters voice breaks the silence in the air.

You don't reply so he sits down next to you, you don't even dare to look him in the eyes, afraid that he's angry.

'Y/n...it's okay...' he says calmly, seeing that you're clearly upset.

'No it's not, Tony and Steve are right, I wasn't focusing and I was being really dangerous...I should've never trained with them in the first place...I was irresponsible...'

'No, I was just stupid to make you startle, if I would've just knocked nothing would've happened...point is, we're both to blame and I don't think you deserved that lecture from Steve and Tony...'

'No Peter I'm the only one to blame...'

'Stop it y/n...it was an accident, we are both idiots and that's the tea...'

'Did you just say: "that's the tea"?' You say chuckling.

'Yes I do...everyone in my class is starting to run off on me...it's horrible...'

'Well, if that's the tea then the kettle is hot sis...' you joke.

'Oh my god please stop!' He yells and you start to laugh.

You accidentally touch his arm and he winces of the pain.

'Shit sorry..' your smile falters.

'No it's okay...it's healing very quick and it's gonna leave a scar nonetheless...but it will be a tough ass scar...I'm gonna get all the ladies with that..'

'Geez Peter, one scar will not deliver them on your doorstep...'

'Oh you just watch...I'll have someone in no time...this thing will be a fricking chick magnet!'

'You're such a no brainer Petey...' you coo and he smiles at you.

'We're both a bunch of no brainers here, half of the time we don't even know what we're doing...'

'true...'

'Listen...you could literally kill me and I would thank you...'

'Weird flex but okay...' you joke back and you two start to laugh uncontrollably.

'Point is....you could never scare me or make me dislike you or hate you...and that's a promise...' he sticks out his pinky and you smile at him.

'Then I will promise you can do anything to me without me hating you to...we will always stay together....' you hook your pinky around his.

Then a bright light blinds you both and you see Steve and Tony standing in the doorway taking a picture off you two.

'You take Steve I take Tony?' Peter asks and you nod with a devious grin on your face.

You get up and so does Peter, you both start to run and chase after them.

A/N: so you've got lucky today because I had a lot of time to write due to the fact that my blood sugar went through the mother ducking roof and I had to call off work...so I got you three chapters today.
