Imagine; you're angry at Bucky for shooting you and you try to get away from him as much as possible.

'Y/n wait!, I didn't mean to do that I-!'

'Don't talk to me right now Barnes!..just get away from me!' You push him away as you walk out of the jet.

'Y/n!, Bucky! how did it...' Steve voice dies when he sees you on the verge of crying as you walk past the group and straight to your room.

You can hear the group talking about you but you don't care.

'Y/n!' Bucky yells out one more time but you slam the door shut and walks straight to the bathroom.

You pull of your latex suit until you can see the bulletin wound in your shoulder and you startle at the sight of it.

You mentally prepare yourself for the pain of pulling it out, you count to three and puts your fingers in it to take it out. Screaming rather loud. Throwing it into the sink.

In the other room Steve and Bucky are talking about what happened, and Bucky explained everything to him.

'I can't believe it hit her...'

'It was an accident..'

'She was so mad at me, she was so angry that the medics couldn't even touch her, she slapped their hands away like a small child. She didn't even glance at me after what happened...'

'She will cool down, don't worry accidents happen...'

'I blew it with her....I'M SO STUPID!' Bucky yells as he puts his hands in his hair.

(Back to you)

You're all done stitching up the wound and taking some medicine when you walk out of the bedroom. You can basically hear everything Bucky and Steve are talking about, and you can't help but listen.

'Why don't you tell her everything?, maybe she will come around?'

'No Steve!, she won't!, because I fucked up!' Bucky yells and it kind of startles you. You've never heard him talk like this.

'I shot her, no way she will want to date me...'

'She can be very surprising, just give it some time..'

'And then what?, finally admit I like her?, she will laugh at me...'

You hear footsteps walk past your door and the anger sinks down a bit. Replaced by a hint of sadness.

Maybe you should just consider the possibility that it was an accident instead of blaming him.

You slowly sit down on the end of your bed and you put your head in your hands.

-a couple hours later-

You have fallen asleep on your bed and as you wake up, you notice all the anger has been replaced.

You slowly push yourself into a sitting position and you look around letting it a heavy sigh.

'I should probably check on Bucky..I was pretty hard on him...' you mutter as you stand up and walk to Bucky's room.

You want to knock on the door but something stops you.

What if he doesn't want to talk to you either?,

You quickly wave that thought away and you knock on the door.

There's no answer but you can hear him breathing rapidly.

Something is wrong.

You step back and kick in his door. You see him in the corner al scrunched up and crying, maybe even shaking a bit.

'Bucky...hey hey it's okay, I'm here...look at me...' you shush him as you sit next to him.

He stops and you two just sit there for a couple minutes, just staring at the wall across the room in silence.

'I'm sorry, I didn't mean to shoot you...'

'I was just...angry, I wasn't thinking and I'm sorry too, I shouldn't have been so harsh on you...it was an accident...'

'I have to tell you something..'

'You like me...' you interrupt him.

'How did y-'

'I heard you talking from my room...I heard everything...' you smile.

'Guess there's one more thing I have to do then...'

'What's th-' you get cut off by his lips pressed onto yours and you smile as he leans back.

'Did you seriously kick in my door?'

'Yes, Yes I did..'

'You know Tony is going to kill you when he finds out right?'

'Yes, Yes I do...but you're way more important than any door in this building...'

'Thanks...' he chuckles and you lay your head on his shoulder.

'But I'm still going to have my revenge on you so don't think the kiss is going to prevent that...' you smirk.
