After many days of travel, the caravan finally arrived in Egypt. The travelers went to the market and put the prophet for auction. The news spread everywhere as no one has seen such a beautiful boy before. After the auction, the Aziz, chef minister of Egypt bought a young prophet for few silver coins. When they reached the palace the prophet was pleasantly surprised when the chief minister ordered his men to remove his chains. Azuz then told the prophet never to betray his trust and also promised him he would never be ill-treated.
Aziz bought Yusuf(As) as a present to his wife as they had no children of there own. Prophet Yusuf(As)-felt at ease as he had all the luxury. He was thrown in well but Allah(SWT) had saved him and placed him in the palace. However, his heart ached with longing for his parents and his little brother Binyamin.
He was obedient and ever-obliging. With his pleasant manner and charming behavior, he won everybody's hearts. Soon his beauty became the talk of the town. They said he was an attractive man that they ever seen.
His face carried immaculate beauty, it was the purity of his soul reflecting on his face. As he grew older he gained wisdom and knowledge. He soon became a good speaker, always captivating the audience. His master realised that Yusuf(As) was the most honest, straight forward and noble person he had met in his life.
And after sometimes ge was put in charge of the house hold. The chief treated him like his son. The wife of chief minister Zulaikah admired very much. As she watched him and listen to his speech.
Her passion for him increased day by day. The chief minister's wife could not resist her temptation anymore and it caused her sleepless nights. She was madly in love with the prophet.
One day when the prophet was alone in her room he tried to kiss him. But Yusuf(As) denied as he was an upright worshiper of Allah(SWT). He than ran away from her. The prophet refusal heighten passion fpr Zulaikah. As he was moving towards the door he ran and got hold of his shirt. While she was pulling it the shirt tore and pieces of it was in his hand. Suddenly the door of the chamber opened and there stood her husband and another relative of hers with a baby of six months old. Seeing her husband crooked women immediately changed her tone. He said Yusuf(As) tried to grab her. She said showing him tore pieces of clothes. But the prophet denied it. Suddenly the baby spoke '' if the shirt is torn from the front then it was Yusuf(As) fault and if it is torn from the back it was Zulaikah's. They were shocked to see a six month old talk. When the examined the shirt the found out it was torn from the back.
Aziz realized that his wife had been laying, so he apologized for indecent behaviour and asked his wife to beg forgiveness. The news spread in the town by other workers in the palace.
People laughed at her behaviour. She was upset as people was laughing at her. She honestly believed it was impossible for any one to get rid of such temptation.
To prove her helplessness he invited all the women in the town. The banquet was reserved exclusively for women. Everyone who were invited turned up for the event. As each of them hoped they could get a chance to see Yusuf(As). Suddenly Zulaikah opened the topic ''I have heard the rumours in the town about me. I openly admit I am un love with my slave.'' They were stunned to hear the admission of the wife. In the meantime, Zulaikah asked her servant to distribute the fruit among the guest. After finishing the dinner the guest began to cut the fruit's. It was at this moment Zulaikah summons Yusuf(As), to make an appearance. He entered the hall gracefully gaze lower. When Zulaikah called his name he raised his head. The guest were astonished and dumbfounded, when they saw the face of Yusuf(As). His face was shining with angelic beauty. So much that one could feel the peace in the depth of his soul. The exclaimed in astonishment. As there eyes were on prophet Yusuf(As), they cut down there finger while cutting fruits without feeling any pain.
