Prophet Salih(AS)

After the destruction of the Ad the people of Hud(AS) the tribe of Thamud who succeeded them.in power and glory. They also fell into another worshipping.  Their wealth increases their evil ways increased. The people of Thamrud build huge buildings and beautiful homes out of the hills. Cruelty and terrorism become common.

However, among this people lived a good man named Salih(AS). He was known for his wisdom purity and goodness. And had been greatly respected by his people. So Allah (SWT) chose him as a prophet. He was from the tribe of Thamrud. He was the eight generation after Noah(AS). He called his people to worship Allah (SWT) alone and not to make partners with him. Some of them believed in his and the majority of them did not believed in him. They harmed him both by words and action.

People wanted to worship the gods there father had with no reason no proof with no thought. So they asked the miracle from Salih(AS) to prove to them he was the messenger of Allah (SWT). They said '' Ask your lord to make a she camel from the rock. Which must be tall and attractive. And she camel must be 10 month pregnant.''
Prophet Salih(AS) asked them ''if Allah granted yoir request will you believe in him.''
They replied ''yes''
Allah (SWT) granted Salih(AS) to show the miracle. The rock split open and a beautiful unique she camel came put of it. It was also 10 month pregnant.

Camel lived among the people of Thamrud. And soon gave birth to a baby camel. Some of the people believed in Allah(SWT) because of what they had seen and what the had promised. Others did not and started to hate the camel. As it reminded them of there failure.

These people were very bad and very ungrateful towards Allah(SWT).
