{THE DAY AFTER}
Yesterday, when Alex had gotten cold feet about leaving, you had calmed him down, and spoke to him for some of the evening. You had also fucked, so as you wake up there are still clothes all over the floor. You sigh and slip out of bed to put them away, as they were messing up Al's room.
It was five days before Al would be leaving for the tour so you decide to wake him up to make the most out of the day.
"Al," you whisper, shaking him gently. He rubs his eyes sleepily and smiles as soon as he sees you.
"G'morning, lovey" he mumbles sleepily, he pulls you close so your head is resting on his chest. You can hear his steady breathing and calm heartbeat.
He makes a happy little mumble sort of sound and kisses the top of your head.
"I really need a shower, I fucking stink," he says.
"Okay," you say, pulling yourself off of him. He sits up and kisses you gently. A quick kiss, but still nice. As he stands up to go to the shower he notices he is still naked from the previous night. He looks a little horrified at first, he pulls on a pair of boxers that are on the floor that you had forgot to put away and walks into the bathroom with a slight smirk, knowing you were watching him. After a while of sitting in bed, you get up and go to make some breakfast. You have Al's shirt on, but it isn't much bigger on you than any other shirt you own. You don't mind, you feel special.
He turns up a little later, in some trackie bottoms towelling his hair dry.
"You look nice in my shirts," he says, opening the fridge to get a carton of orange juice. He gulps it out the carton then goes to sit on the sofa with you.
He looks cute, really really cute. His hair is still damp and his slightly toned stomach was showing. He notices you staring and looks a little embarrassed.
Alex had always been slightly insecure about his body, not insanely insecure but during sex he often tried to distract you from any body part that was on show by kissing you.
"5 days," he says after a comfortable silence. You look at him and nod slightly.
"5 days til your life changes completely," you say, trying to lighten the sudden darkened mood.
