Unexpected Surprise, Ch. 44 (Skyelo) ~ "The real Kristina Cassadine"

At Skye's hotel, Skye and Lorenzo are there. Skye is making sure everything is perfect, talking to the staff when she looks at her watch. "It's time to open the doors," Skye says. She unlocks the door as Alexis, Jax, Alan, Monica, AJ, Tracy, Ned, Edward, Michael, Kristina, Luke, Bobbie, Mac, Felicia, Rae, Kate, and others come in. "Welcome to my hotel," Skye says. "I hope you enjoy it." "Well, Skye, this place is nice, better than when Carly decorated it," Tracy says. "Thank you, Tracy," Skye replies. "Skye, this hotel looks great," Alan says.

"Thanks, Dad. Everyone help yourself to a drink," Skye says, putting her hand on her stomach. "Skye, are you okay?" Lorenzo asks. "Yes, I'm fine," Skye responds as a woman behind them approaches.

"Lorenzo," the woman says. Lorenzo turns to look at her. "Tea," Lorenzo says. "Lorenzo," Tea responds. "I'm glad you're here. I want you to meet my fiancée and the mother of my children, Skye Quartermaine. Skye, this is my sister, Tea," Lorenzo introduces. "Nice to meet you. I'm glad you came," Skye says. "Thank you. It's nice to meet you, too," Tea responds.

"Looks like we're both having a baby," Skye says. "Yes," Tea agrees. "Where's your husband?" Lorenzo asks.

"Dead. My husband's twin brother murdered him," Tea says. "I'm sorry. I hope he pays," Lorenzo replies.

"He didn't. Todd, go away," Tea says. "Todd Manning?" Skye asks.

"Yes. Do you know him?" Tea asks.

"Unfortunately, I do. And his crazy wife, Blair," Skye responds as Blair approaches.

"Sorry, I'm late," Blair says.

"Blair, why are you here?" Skye asks.

"Skye Chandler," Blair responds.

"It's Quartermaine, and this is my hotel. So again, why are you here?" Skye asks.

"I could tell this was your hotel; it has your taste," Blair comments.

"Watch it," Lorenzo warns.

"So, this is your new man? Is he married? We both know you like married men," Blair asks.

"No. Lorenzo and I will be married soon," Skye replies.

"Blair is a friend of mine and wants a new start, too," Tea says.

"You're both staying," Lorenzo asks. "I want to stay. Lorenzo, I need my brother," Tea says.

"I need my sister. I'm glad you're here. But Blair, if you ever go after my fiancée, I will deal with you," Lorenzo states.

"Oh, Lorenzo," Skye says, liking when Lorenzo acts powerful.

"Look, Skye, I can put the past behind us. Mac wasn't worth it," Blair says.

"No, he wasn't. I can too. I'm happy with Lorenzo. We're having twin girls," Skye shares.

"Congrats," Blair says.

"Thank you. I do hope you and Todd are happy," Skye adds.

"No. Todd and I are over. Skye, he's a keeper, Lorenzo," Blair comments.

"I think so too," Skye agrees.

"Skye, let's go talk to more guests. Tea, I'm glad you're here," Lorenzo says.

"Me too," Tea responds. They share a hug, and Skye and Lorenzo leave.

"Tea," Blair calls.

"I'm okay. So, are you really putting the past behind you?" Tea asks.

"Yes," Blair affirms.

Skye takes the stage. "I want to make a toast. When I first came to town, all I wanted was a family to belong to and to be loved. Now I have that with the Quartermaines. I'm glad that I'm a Quartermaine after all, and I have a family with Lorenzo and our twin girls. Thank you all for coming. I hope you enjoy the hotel," Skye says. Alan and Rae share a look, and Skye notices. She was about to go talk to them when she is stopped by a worker.

"We have a problem in the kitchen," the worker says. Skye leaves with him.

"I hate this. Skye really wants to be a Quartermaine," Rae says.

Lorenzo approaches. "You both need to stop sharing looks. Skye is smart; she knows you're both keeping a secret," Lorenzo advises.

"We just hate it," Rae says.

"I know. I hate it too. Skye and I have always been honest with each other," Lorenzo says.

Alexis approaches. "I think it's time for the truth to come out," she says.

As Skye joins them, "What truth? Alexis, what are you talking about with my parents and Lorenzo?" Skye asks.

"Skye, I know we haven't gotten along in the past, but this isn't to hurt you. You're not a Quartermaine; you're a Cassadine," Alexis states.

"How dare you say that! I'm a Quartermaine!" Skye shouts and slaps Alexis.

"No, you're not. Do you remember my sister Kristina?" Alexis asks.

"Yes, I do," Skye replies.

"It turns out she was a fake, just someone who wanted Cassadine money. You're a Cassadine," Alexis claims.

"Stop saying it!" Skye yells.

"I have proof, right here," Alexis says, pulling out a piece of paper. "This is your birth certificate. It's right here," she shows Skye.

"Daddy, Mother, is this true?" Skye asks, crying.
