At Kelly's, Alexis was there with Kristina. "Kristina, are you okay with Sonny being gone?" Alexis asked. "Yes, Mother, I'm fine," Kristina replied. "Really? I know you love him," Alexis said. "Mother, I will be fine. Soon I will be in college," Kristina responded. "Yes, you will. Do you know what you want to do?" Alexis asked. "I want to be a lawyer like you, Mother," Kristina said. "That's great," Alexis replied. "I knew you'd be happy about this," Kristina added. "Yes," Alexis said.

At General Hospital, Lorenzo and Skye came in, both scared. "I need to see Dr. Kelly," Skye said. "I will take you," Liz offered. She walked them to a room and helped Skye lie down on the bed as Dr. Kelly entered. "Skye, what is going on?" Dr. Kelly asked. "I've been throwing up all morning. Dr. Kelly, I'm scared," Skye said. "Let's not panic yet. We will do an ultrasound and see what's going on," Dr. Kelly reassured her. Lorenzo took Skye's hand as Dr. Kelly performed the ultrasound. "The twins look fine," Dr. Kelly said. "Then why all the morning sickness?" Lorenzo asked. "Skye could have what is called hyperemesis gravidarum—it's beyond morning sickness, that's all. You will need to come to the hospital a few times a week to get fluids through an IV. We'll also check on the twins," Dr. Kelly explained. "Will the twins be okay?" Skye asked. "Yes, I've dealt with this in many patients," Dr. Kelly assured her. "Thank you, I was so scared," Skye said. "We will set up an IV now," Dr. Kelly said and left. Skye was crying, and Lorenzo sat on the bed, wiping her tears. "I was so scared we would lose the babies," Skye said. "I was too," Lorenzo admitted. "Thank you for taking care of me," Skye said. "Skye, I love you, and I will take care of you while you're pregnant," Lorenzo promised. Alan entered the room. "I heard that you were here. Is everything okay?" Alan asked. "Yes, I just have what is called hyperemesis gravidarum," Skye responded. "I've heard about that. We will make sure you're okay," Alan said. "Thanks, Daddy," Skye replied. "I will let you two talk," Lorenzo said and left.

Alan sat in the chair by Skye's bed. "Daddy, I'm glad that you're my father after all. I was upset when I found out I wasn't a Chandler. I loved Adam and his powerful family too. I never cared for my mother, Althea. I was glad she wasn't my mother. She hurt me so much, and I was upset that Rae was my mother because of what happened in Llanview. But I'm glad Rae and I are close now," Skye said. "Me too, Skye. I love you, and you will always be part of this family," Alan replied.

In the hospital corridor, Lorenzo sat on the couch. He was scared he might lose the twins when Edward approached. "What are you doing here? Is it Skye?" Edward asked. "She's fine," Lorenzo assured him. Edward then left.
