Romeo's POV~

It was 1:51am and Orion was fast asleep at last.  I had been working on the new update for my story as I waited patiently for him to have been passed out long enough to know it was safe enough for me to move around.  It was also good since the holiday was the perfect time for this exact update as well.

I quitely shut my laptop and set it aside, setting up oh so carefuly as not to wake him.  That was an action I had grown quite used to over the years, but just yhe thought of accidentally waking someone still terrified me.  I pulled a blank leaf of paper from the printer on the desk which had yet to be plugged into the computer and folded it.

Of course I would be foolish enough to not keep track of the calendar dates and forget one of the most important dates for couples.  Maybe it was due to just this month making me numb due to all the past Februarys in my life.  None left very great impessions on my mind so I guess it isn't too much of a shocker that I've come this far with blinders on and not noticed all the merchandise.

I sighed softly, feeling greatly disappointed in myself as I got to work on my main task.

As much as my body screamed at me to sleep longer, I couldn't help but wake to the "gentle" shakes beckoning my return from whatever world I had previously been casted into.  I blinked perfusely, trying to adjust to the light as I rubbed them.  A groan of retaliation escaped my lips.

"Come on and get up, sleeping beauty." Orion chuckled.  "I made waffles, french toast, eggs and bacon.  You wouldn't wake up at nine so I went out for a bit then came back and made brealfast.  Now you have to eat 'cause you like my cooking."

"Fuck you..." I rasped, cringing at my own morning voice.

He smirked.  "I'd rather fuck you, but I'm trying to be sweet right now so get your ass up before change my mind and the food goes cold."

I sighed and peeled myself out of bed, tiredly making my way to the kitchen.  "I really do love your food..."

He jokingky scoffed as he followed me out.  "More than your boyfriend who makes it?"

I smirked softly as I took a seat where he had set our breakfast at the table.  It wasn't anything extraordinarily fancy, but definitely more classy than just eating in the living room on the couch or at the countrr.  "Eh.  I don't think my love for anything could quite reach that height...  Happy Valentine's Day."

He came around behind me hugged around my shoulders as I grabbed the syrup and poured over the entirety of my meal.  "I really do love you, ya know?"

"Obviously." I replied, taking a bit of eggs.

"..... Aren't you gonna say it?"

"That your food is getting cold?"

"Not what I meant..."

"I love you too?"

"Yes, that."

I smirked.  "Just did."

He huffed poutily as he released me and plopped in his own seat.  "You're such a tease."

"Yet you love me anyway." I wink playfully and took another bite.

He rolled his eyes.  "Happy Valentine's Day..."

"Do you want your gift now or later after we bake the cake?" Orion questioned, resting upside down on the couch as we watched Ouran High School Host Club.
