Romeo's POV~

Were were standing at the unfortunately chilly bus stop, waiting for the shuttle, in near silence - the road not being quite as busy as usual.  Rion just gave a confused look, eyebrows furrowing.  "What do you mean by that?"

I grimaced at my own thoughts, eyes downcasting.  "This whole thing... with the court.  I dunno if jail will really stop them."

My boyfriend just sighed and put a hand on my head.  "Everything will be fine.  Tessy won, they're locked up and they even got the guys Beryl and Arthur had been working with."

"Hmm..."

"Everything's okay, Romey." He said, reassuringly.

The thing is... I want to believe you.  I just don't know if I subconsciously can.

Orion's POV~

Watching Romeo sleep so peacefully was one of my favourite things.  The soft yet short rise and fall of his chest as he breathes, the gentle expression on his face, the occasional murmurs from whatever he might be dreaming about.  Sometimes his face would twist up, or even a smirk tug at his mouth.

It was early the next morning, about 5:20ish.  I had woken up to use the bathroom but couldn't fall back asleep, so I opted for admiring how beautiful Romey was.

He confessed last night to having a lot of nightmares recently, so I insisted again on him trying to see a therapist.  Unsurprisingly, he responded that he'd think about it but I honestly think he's saying that just to satisfy me.

I brushed a lock of his dark, brown hair out of his face.  He scrunched his nose and furrowed his eyebrows before tilting his head more down.  Romeo was laid on his side, facing the middle of the bed.  He wore nothing but a grey t-shirt and his underwear underneath the blankets.

Romeo actually tended to produce a lot of heat while he was asleep.  For someone as small as he was.  It made him very cuddly.

"Mmmh..." He hummed, softly.  "Nah..."

A warm smile spread over my lips.  Later today, my family will finally become whole.

"Mmm, I don't wanna be awake..." Romeo whined, slumped against the arm of the couch.

It was almost 11am and I'd pulled him out of bed to the living room as I was making some food for us.  Of course I'd forgotten to tell him about mine and T's cellebration plans for our victory.  I was curious how well he'd slept last night, judging by the dark circles under his eyes.  He looked tired and absolutely adorable, half asleep as he was.

"I'll make you some black tea to wake you up, kay?" I insisted, inable to keep an excited grin from my face.

He just nodded as I finished up the waffles.

Within a few moments, I had us each a plate of waffles - a few less for him - and a cup of tea for him.  "I made it with peppermint, too."

He groaned tastefully, sitting up to eat.  "I love you so much."

I smirked, setting down, also, the peanut butter, syrup and a knife in front of him.

Ro shook his head.  "You know me too well..."

"Hmmm, impossible." I argued softly.  "I barely even know enough about you.  I want to know everything."

"You seem to know me more than I do," He remarked.

Mochi seemed to be intrigued by our coffee-table brunch setup and was curiously nosing her way over, sniffing the air.  Her wide, crystal blue eyes watched us and she meowed questioningly.
