Orion's POV~
Romeo finally ate my food that night, albeit a bit slower than usual but he still ate it. It couldn't be that he didn't like the food - seeing as we decided to have pancakes for dinner - so I pressumed that the stuff with his mom and brother still weighed on his mind.
It was Tuesday and we were currently on our way home from another long day of school. Nothing much had changed and Romeo again refused to eat the lunch. Not that I blamed him; everyone knew that school lunches were low-grade and sucky. Perhaps I should start making us lunches...
"I'm tired..." Ro whined in a deep sigh, holding my hand as he walked sluggishly alongside me.
I chuckled at his adorableness. "Maybe you should stop staying up so late working on that story of yours."
He pouted his lip. "But I barely find time for it during the day so I can spend more time with you..."
Awwww, he's so cuuute~ "Or, you could find time during the day and you could stay up late doing different activities with me~" His face flushed immediately, mouth shutting up as we kept walking. His hand seemed to loosen it's grip a little but he didn't fully let go. A smirk tugged on my lips and I kept teasing. "Don't you think cuddling in the bed is more comfortable than on the couch everytime?"
Hi eyes didn't meet mine but his lips finally parted. "We can when we get home, if you want... I'm just really tired. I hate school."
"So do I, but we gotta graduate."
Once we finally reached the apartment, a familiar face greated us by surprise. My eyebrows quirked up in confusion, meeting the gray-green eyes of my sister, her blonde hair loosely dancing about her shoulders.
"Hey boys~; I've been waiting for you two!" She smiled innocently, wearing her very revealing crop-jacket that had a long back reaching to her ankles. It was mostly black with some silver and red over her bust with black straps forming a star shape over her chest. She wore one snake-bite on the left side of her lip, two belly peircings and numerous on her ears. Her leggings were tight and black with slits in the sides with shin-high silver boots with red soles and black buckles.
"Hey T." I greeting, not having expected her visit but pleased none the less. "What brings you to the neighborhood?"
She cleared her throat as she stepped closer until I felt a short pain on my forehead from her suddenly flicking it. "First of all, why didn't you tell me you moved?"
I frowned, about to detest until I remembered the conversation I'd had with her. "I did. But I think you were too drunk to remember despite reassurring me several times you were fine."
Romeo chuckled shortly.
Tessy just rolled her eyes before smiling. "Anyways, invite me in, little bro. I want to talk to you about something."
~
"You- what!?"
She just grinned back at us, kicking back in the cheap arm chair residing in our living room. "Yep~."
I had to hold back my laughter as Romeo gawked in disbelief. He didn't really know much about her before, so, after what she just told us, there would be no doubt he'd be astonished.
He blinked a few times before his let out a small sigh, leaning into the couch. "Okay."
"So are they in the hospital?" I questioned my sister. "Or just too sore-assed to show their faces."
She shrugged, putting her hands behind her head. "Whose to say. Didn't stick around to find out. Now, dear brother, why don't you whip something up for me out of courtesy for my deed~"
