xxii. Surprise? Paul
I sighed as Kayla followed me as I was on my way to practice.
"What are you doing after school?" She asked, biting her lip.
She had 'easy' written all over her...I liked challenges...
"I have practice and a lot of homework so I'll be pretty busy."
She groaned. "Tomorrow night?"
"Tutoring."
She furrowed her eyebrows. "Okay."
"I'll see you tomorrow." I said, walking into the gym and heading straight to the locker room, seeing just one other person in there.
"You're late George." A voice chuckled, before turning around and revealing to be Kyrie.
I sighed and put my stuff down. "Sorry, that girl Kayla's been following me around all day."
Kyrie chuckled, closing his locker. "She's like that."
"You know her?"
He paused and contemplated how to answer. "Who doesn't know her? She's the most popular girl in the school."
I quickly changed into my practice gear, before I noticed Kyrie about to walk out, I used this as an opportunity to ask him about Jas. "Yo." I said, making him stop and turn back to me.
"What's up?"
"Uh, you and Jas'mariee..are you guys dating?"
He furrowed his eyebrows. "Yeah, why?"
Shit.
"Just asking." I shrugged nonchalantly.
He gave me a look that said he didn't believe me, but instead just nodded and left. He was an obstacle to getting Jas..but an obstacle I could get around

"You and your weak ass immune system."
Hazel chuckled through the phone. "Don't come for my white blood cells bitch. How was school without moi?"
"Boring. Obviously." I sighed, laying back on my bed.
"You see new boy again?"
I chuckled. "His name is Paul. But he invited me to his party on Friday, you should come with, I know Dray will be there."
