Chapter 19 police station and family time

We get to the police station and they put me into a room and un cuff me. They leave and come back minutes later with a water bottle.

What did I do? I ask

You did nothing, we just wanted to talk about your incident the other day. He says

So you had to cuff me and take me away from my family to ask me some questions? I ask getting mad

I'm sorry we shouldn't have done that. He says

They threw me a party!! all of my friends and family were there! You just took me away from them! I say

Calm down he says

Ok we're going to need you to identify the people who hurt you he says

Ok I say

We're going into another room where you will write your statement of snag you remember and then we will have you identify then. He says

I feel out my statement and I go into a room and see all of my bullies that hurt me.

Ok out of these people who hurt you? He asks

No you can see them but they cannot see you he says

He walks me back to the room I was first in. I sit down and he comes back minutes later and sits down

Who cut you? He asks

Sara I say

Ok, for now we can only charge her. We don't have any evidence that they were involved in the incident. He says

All of my friends and family can tell you that they were involved! I say

We held them for 48 hours so we had to let them go. If anything happens call me he says handing me his card

Thanks I say

We called your mom she is sending your sister Lisa and Mariah to come pick you up. They should be here in a few minutes he says

Ok thank you I say

He walks out and Lisa and Mariah come in five minutes later. I tell them what happened and Lisa isn't happy about everyone but Sara getting let go. She is glad that Sara is being arrested so she can't hurt me. We get to the car and drive home.

Want Starbucks? Asks Lisa

Yeah! I say

Don't tell anyone says Lisa

We drive around and drink it. We finish and then we go home. Everyone was Still there. We all relax and talk until the group leaves.

The family is inside and Lisa is playing the piano and everyone is singing. Mariah sits next to me and we sing. I stop singing and so does Mariah.

You ok? She asks

Yes I say

Are you sure your holding your side she says

Everyone stops singing. And looks at me. Lisa walks over and takes me Into the other room.

Can I lift your shirt up to check cut and bandage? She asks

I nod and lift my shirt up.

She checks the bandage.

Your bleeding through she says

Ok I say

She takes the bandage off and is about to clean the cut. She could tell I was in pain.

Christina! She says

Christina runs in the room

Can you hold lauren while I clean the cut? She asks

Oh course she says

She sits next to me and pulls me close to her.

Lisa cleans it and I squeeze Christina's hand hard. I felt it pop. She didn't let go of me. She hugged me tight and when Lisa was done she put a clean bandage on.

I turn to Christina

I'm sorry for squeezing your hand so hard I say

Don't be sorry! It looked like it hurt she says

I hug her and she hugs me back. We pull apart and I had tears going down my face she wipes my tears away and She kisses my forehead.

She the hugs me and rocks me back and forth.

Lisa's pov

I took care of Lauren's bandage and I walk back in and Chrissy and Lauren were hugging. It was the cutest thing. I saw them pull apart and Christina wiped Lauren's tears. I guess she was crying. Chrissy then kissed her forehead and pulled lauren back into a hug and rocked her side to side. I'm so glad she's trusting Chris. She needs to have more then one person to trust. I'm so happy Christina changed her ways and became a sister to lauren again. Ames is not far behind her. Amy has been there for lauren and I hope she trusts Ames Kath and dani again. Then things will go back to normal in the house. There won't be any tension in the house and we can go back to to fun loving family we were.

Ready to go back? I ask

They get up and Lauren comes and hugs me. I hug her back

We then go back in with everyone else and we sing more songs. Then we all get ready for bed and sleep.
