CHAPTER 2: I Need Her Back!

It's been almost two years since I made the biggest mistake of my life.

I never should have rejected Elona. I had finally found my mate and was about to become Alpha and head off to Alpha Training when I found out she was my mate.

I was dating her cousin at the time because I had never thought I would find my mate but as soon as I turned eighteen and moved into town for my Senior year of high school, the first girl that took interest in me and who I thought would be okay for the time being, was Mikaela.

She was your typical slut of the school and loved trying to hook up with Alpha's. I thought things would be okay and the weirdest thing was that every time I would go to her house, or even school really, I would smell my mate.

I was happy and excited that I had finally found her and to make things worse, she was Mikaela's cousin. A huge part of me didn't care until it came to the time to break up with her and explain that my mate was Elona.

Right as I began it's as if she already knew somehow. She interrupted me and told me that she knew it was Elona and that I wasn't allowed to be with her.

Of course at first I was furious with her telling me what to do and was already pissed off at how I was just noticing the way she treated Elona. However, she blackmailed me and threatened to hurt my family name and to go straight to the council and frame them for something her parents did and make sure I never became Alpha.

I admit it, I was stupid and never should have done what I did by rejecting my mate.

The only relief I had was leaving for the Alpha Training which only takes a year and actually did take me only a year to finish but I was away another year to take care of some family business and now, my parents have me wanting to return to create a fake alliance with her family and it's perfect because according to my Beta, Zion whose brother checked out if Elona was still there, he confirmed it and I thought it was perfect because while I'm trying to convince Makeila and her parents to join us, I can hopefully get the chance to apologize and explain to Elona why I had to reject her.

Not that I'm expecting her to forgive me right away because I wouldn't but my wolf and I have a mission and that's to get my mate back.

We finally arrived in front of the house and me, Zion along with my other members of the pack walked up to the door and Zion noticed I was nervous to see Elona but reassured me it was gonna be okay.

So after ringing the doorbell and waiting a minute, as soon as it opened, I was right away greeted with my mate.

"Hey Elona." I greet her with a smirk.

She stands there looking at me shocked and yet I still can see she likes me. I also can tell her wolf is wanting her to say something back to me as she looks like she's arguing with her wolf through mind linking.

She next just slams the door shut and although I am a little shocked and surprised that she just did that and am taken back a little, at the same time, I don't blame her. Though now that she did that, it at first made my wolf whimper a little bit he then started to try and yell at me until I turned him off. Then I made sure the snickering and my guys all stopped laughing at the fact she slammed the door in my face.

"Serves you right." My Beta says.

"I know I know. Just stay focused you guys." I remind them all.

I overhear her shouting at her cousin Mikaela. Ugh, I forgot that's why I was here also. Well, here goes nothing.

Before I could knock again, the door opens up and there in the doorway os the LAST person I wanted to see answering.....Mikaela.

"Hey there sexy. Longtime no see." She coos in her seductive tone although that won't  work on me. But, I have to not let her know that.

Don't get me wrong, I'll never let it get too far. I just meant, I have to remember to be nice to her and forget about the manipulative cunt she really is.

"Hi, Mikaela." I force a smile while I next noticed Elona standing by the staircase not looking at me and I could feel the pain she was feeling and I know it was from what I did to her.

The guilt was beginning to eat at me more than usual all of a sudden.

Then we were invited inside and we stepped inside and she took us into the living room and even offered us drinks and food.

"Please come in." She says. "Can I get you guys any food or drinks?" She asks.

"We're good. This is a meeting nothing causal and not hanging out." I began.

"Of course Alpha." She flirtatiously bats her eyes. I swear she is beyond pathetic.

"Anyways, let's start." I began and then that's when the doorbell rang. Who in the hell could that be?!

So I know I said that I will be posting these soon (after I was finished with the other three that are about to be wrapping  up soon). Then next week or so, I will give you all sneek peeks to a few other stories. But for this story and the other three I have given you a sneek peek to, I will be posting. :):)
