"Is that a yes?" I hear him ask me.
I continue sitting there trying to think about having to leave here and go to a different country, a different environment, let alone having to meet his parents and starting over with a new school and new bullies. Should I just finish here first?
Then again, my uncle DID humiliate me in front of everyone and I know I can't go back or otherwise, I might not have another chance to live.
I look down at our hands together and him gently caressing the top of my hand with his thumb waiting patiently for me to answer him.....Damnit, he's waiting. So I look at him and smile.
"So is that a yes?" He asks with a smile.
"Yes." I smile back at him.
"Oh my god!" He says excited and relieved as he stands up and lifts me off the bed and into his arms then spins me around while he kisses my lips.
"But wait." I tell him.
He sets me back down onto my feet.
"What?" He asks.
"What about my stuff? I can't go back home and just grab it." I tell him.
"Well is there anything there that you really need?" He asks me.
"Clothes, hair brush..." I began but he stopped me.
"I meant anything valuable or irreplaceable?" He chuckles.
"Oh. No." I reply.
"Then don't worry. When we get back home we'll buy you all new things." He winks and smiles at me.
"You sure?" I ask.
"Of course." He smiles. "You're my mate and I want to take care of you." He says.
"Well, I'll pay you back somehow." I tell him.
"Don't worry about that my love." He smiles and then leans in and kisses me.
We next take each other's hand and start heading downstairs and right away, Zion and Tasha come running up excited.
"So? Did you ask her?" Zion asks Darren.
"Yes." He replies.
"And?" Tasha asks me.
"Looks like we're moving to England." I tell her.
She screams really loud and jumps up and down before throwing her arms around me and hugs me.
"Yay!!" She says.
"Okay okay. Calm down." I laugh a little bit.
"I'm just so excited that we both can leave this hell." She says.
"I know. It'll be good." I assure her with a smile.
"I'll be right back. I'm gonna talk with my dad real quick." Darren says and then gives me a quick kiss before heading out back.
"You're gonna love it so much better there." Zion tries to assure me.
"I'm sure I will." I smile in reply.
Everyone else is packing and suddenly we overhear Darren out in the back talking with his dad on the phone and sounds like he's upset.
"Fine! But when I explain everything to you once I get back, you will see that I made the right choice! I know that but......but dad, just wait til I get back home and we'll figure something out....yes.....Alright. Okay, bye!" He says and hangs up then puts his phone in his back pocket and walks back inside the house with a furious look on his face.
"Is everything okay?" Zion asks him.
"It will be." He snaps at him.
Then he looks at me and his face softens before I see a smile appear and he walks up to me and wraps an arm around my waist.
"Alright well, we'll go by Tasha's house and grab her things and meet you at the airport." Zion says.
When they leave Darren just grabs a few things and then we all make our way quickly to the airport.
He was nice enough to get us First Class tickets and after we all were on board, the plane took off.
I had never been on a plane before and this was both exciting and made me a little nervous because I had no idea in what my reaction would be. I was more worried about embarrassing myself with becoming sick or something or passing out or something but neither happened.
"I'm sorry Elona." I hear Darren tell me.
"For what?" I asked confused.
"For taking you away so fast from everything. I mean, even though it wasn't really good, I'm sorry." He tells me.
"It's okay. You're part of my life now and plus, I have Tasha and that's all that matters. I've waited so long for someone to come and take me away. That's what you did." I assure him with a gentle smile.
He smiles a little and nods his head but still looks to be somewhat sad.
"Elona, I'm sure you already have thought about this but, even if your uncle, cousin or any one comes after you, you'll be safe." He promises me.
"I know." I smile. "But you also can help me and my wolf get stronger." I suggest.
"That's true. Teach you all the Alpha moves." He laughs a little bit.
"Yeah." I laugh.
"Excuse me Sir, may I get you anything? A drink, something to eat?" The stewardess bent over close to Darren with half her tits hanging out and a slutty smile on her face.
What a slut! Him and I are CLEARLY holding hands and making it obvious that we are together. In fact, she doesn't make eye contact with me even.
I get ready to say something but Darren beats me to it.
"Champagne would be nice. My wife and I here just got married and would like to celebrate thanks." He winks at me and causes me to blush.
She looks at me annoyed and with disgust before fixing her top and turning around to get us our drinks, I hope.
I smile at the idea of us getting married. I know it sounds soon and not that we will be any time soon but still, just hearing him say that makes me smile.
We both notice a moment later the stewardess looking at us and I next feel my head being turned and Darren smashes his lips onto mine while continuing to hold my hand and places his other hand on the side of my face as we share a long passionate kiss with each other that soon turns into a lustful one.
Damn I am so lucky!!
