"Well, I have to go. It was nice seeing you. Thanks for today. But, bye" I waved at him as I left his house.

I sighed. Walking back to my house.

"Emma!" a too familiar voice called from behind me. I wiped around and found Luke getting soaked by the pouring rain.

"Yeah?" my voice cracked. "Why are you leaving so soon?" he became closer to me. "I don't know, I think my mom would be wondering where I am by now" I pointed behind me towards my house. "Oh. Well, I'll see you later or tomorrow?" He whipped his hair to the side.

"Y-Yeah" I stuttered. "Can I get a hug?" he laughed. "Fineee"

I wrapped my arms around his neck. Luke brought me closer to him, our chests touching. Too close.

He wrapped his arms all around my skinny waist.

We both soon pulled away a little. But, we never let go.

"I'll see you tomorrow" I mumbled.

"Ok. Bye" he said awkwardly before letting me go. I waved him off and ran to my house so that I can't get too much wet.

I entered my house, drenched as ever.

"Honey! Your dripping over the floor!" my mom screeched, looking at the now soaked up carpet.

"Sorry" I whispered. "Honey, call me before you come in next time!" she squealed.

"Sorry" I whispered again.

"It's fine honey. Please go upstairs and take a shower" she pointed up to the stairs. I quickly nodded my head and dashed up the stairs to my bedroom.

I ran my fingers through my hair before I got pjs to wear after the shower.

I chose on some simple leggings and a plain white shirt.

I striped off my clothes in the bathroom and got the water ready.

I loved the feelings of the warm water against my skin. I always think in the shower. It's thinking time.

How about tomorrow, I invite Luke to come with me to my cookout that I'm having Saturday. It's only Thursday today.

It's settled. I'll ask him tomorrow.

When I was finished with my warm, soothing shower, I slipped on my pjs.

All I did that night was watch some movies from Netflix on my phone. It wasn't like a tv, but it'll do until I get a tv in my room.

The only movie I was able to see now was Dead Silence. It was a good movie, but not a bright idea to watch before I fall asleep.

Just on cue, as the movie ended I was already so tired. I stumbled out of bed and plugged my phone into the charger.

I lazily laid back on the bed, covering the blankets over my chest.

"Goodnight Luke" I mumbled. I felt my eyes get heavier and heavier. Once I knew it, I was already asleep.

*Next Day*

"I'm heading out!" I screamed to my mom as I exited my new house. New. New house, new school, new friends and a new life.

"Ok honey! Call me when your on your way back!" I heard her just in time before I shut the door behind me.

I rang Luke's door bell a few times until he opened the door, ready to go.

"Ready?" I asked. He nodded his head and I headed out.

"Ok, where are we going?" he asked. "Uh, I was wondering if you would like to go to the mall, or the pizza place?" I raised both eyebrows.

"Mall. Pizza in the morning doesn't sound good. And besides, I can get a pair of shoes. I brought money just in case" he motioned his hands towards his pocket.

"Aha" I pointed my index finger up. "Let's go" he nodded behind me.

I whipped around. This time, I leaded and he followed.

"So now your the tour guide?" he asked. "Yes, yes I am" I answered.

We finally came to a stop, in front of the pizzeria. "It smells good" I licked both of my lips.

"Yeah, let's go in!" he laughed.

Like a gentleman, Luke opened the door for me.

"Thank you kind sir" I joked. "Your welcome ma lady" he joked.

I giggled as I walked in. It was a cute little restaurant.

There were many chairs with tables, a lot were tables for two but the ones in the middle were for families.

"This is cute" I nodded.

He nodded his head in agreement. We sat down at a table for two and waited for a waitress to come and take our order.

"So, do you come here often?" I asked.

"Eh, sometimes. Not most times, but sometimes" he scratched the back if his neck.

"Huh. Cool" I didn't really have anything else to say.

There was a few more minutes of silence until our waitress came.

"Hello. What would you like?" The waitress was a tall, blonde girl. Her voice was squeaky a little and I could tell she was happy a lot.

"I would like an orange soda please" Luke ordered. "Root Beer please" I ordered.

"I'll be right back with that" she turned on her heels and disappeared into a swinging door.

"So, what kind of pizza would you like?" I asked.

"Hmmm. My favorite is bacon"

"That's one thing we have in common" I laid back a little bit into my chair.

"What?" he seemed confused. "Our favorite topping on pizza is bacon" I replied.

"Ha. What other things do we have in common?" I laid back a little too.

"What do you want to know?" I asked, but before he could ask me, the chirpy lady came back with our drinks.

"Would you like to order your pizza now?" she squealed. "Yeah, we would like to order a large bacon topped pizza please" Luke ordered.

The happy girl nodded her head and disappeared once again.

"Ok, how about. Your favorite movie?" he asked, biting his lip ring.

"Warm Bodies"

"That makes two of us. Favorite show?" he asked.

"The Walking Dead" I answered. "Oh god, my favorite too" he said.

I giggled and he continued on asking me questions.

"Favorite song?"

"Little Things by One Direction" I answered.

"Cool, cool. This next question isn't going to be for us. I want to know about you. What would you like in a guy?"
