Chapter 10

"Emma?" Ash called out. "I'm in here!" I called back out. "I don't really know where 'here' is" he said.

I giggled and went into the hall, with my bathing suit still on.

He followed me into my room, sitting on my bed as he entered.

"I just need a sweatshirt and leggings" I whispered to myself.

I rummaged through more stuff and found a pair of black leggings.

I walked over to my closet and took out a baggy pink sweatshirt that said Aero on it.

I grabbed it, putting both clothing on me. Ashton was so silent the whole time. "What's up" I said, crossing my arms, leaving against the door way.

"Nothin. Everyone's waiting for us. We should go" he stood up.

I reached my hand out for Ash to take. Of course, he took it and I led him out of the room.

We traveled down the stairs, and made our way outside with everyone. Nobody else was home so I assume the party either left or my parents went to hang out with their friends. Along with Kevin to hang out with his friend.

I took a seat next to Ashton's and we held hands. We couldn't really cuddle but holding hands was the best we could do.

"I remember this time at our old school, there was this dance. I went with my lady over here Sarah and Dana went with Calum. Ashton and Emma went together as best friends but that's when they shared their first kiss. Ashton had his first kiss, and Emma did too. It was like so romantic" Michael refreshed my memory of that night.

It was the first high school social dance. Not homecoming or prom. Just for fun. It was only for the Freshmen.

As Michael said, Ashton and I went together as best friends. But, there was a slow song. I still remember. It was Wanted by Hunter Hayes.

Ash asked me to dance with him, so I did. But at the last seconds, he kissed me. Either of us never had our first kiss before, until that night.

"How could I not remember that night?" I asked, giggling. "Me either. That was the best night ever" Ashton declared.

"It was" I nodded in agreement.

"Awwwwww" Dana and Sarah mocked.

"Shut up" I gave a death glare to both girls.

"What, I love, love" Dana said.

"Oh god" Ashton slapped his forehead with his free hand.

"I remember this one time, when I first moved here, Natalie flirted with my because she thought I was cute. Until I got my lip ring. Then she started hating me. Now she is dating Matt" Luke spoke up.

I looked at Luke and made a confused look. "Really?" I asked, kind of suprised.

"Yep" Luke nodded his head.

Dana and Sarah both yawned. "I guess you two are tired?" Michael stated.

I yawned also. "You too Emma?" Ashton looked at me. I nodded my head.

"Well, we have to go back home. Before it gets too late" Ashton started. "Yeah. Bye Emma" Michael finished. We all said our goodbyes.

When they left, it was only Luke and I.

"I-I should go home" Luke said. "Ok, I'll see you tomorrow?" I asked.

He nodded before leaving.

I was left here alone now. They left within a minute. One minute they were with me, and the next they left me.

I groaned before going back in my house. This time, my parents were watching tv and I couldn't find Kevin there so I guess he is sleeping.

I walked upstairs, not even saying a hello, or a goodnight to them.

I slipped off my leggings, sweatshirt and bikini. Then I quickly slipped on my under garnets and pjs. I figured that in the morning I will shower.

"Good night Ash" I whispered to myself.

Goodnight Ash, good night friends. Good night Luke.
