Chapter 13

"Natalie?" I turned to the direction the obnoxious voice was coming from. "Hey guys! What's up!" she asked, I don't have to explain how obnoxious and annoying she was because you get the point already.

"Nothing much. Were just heading to the mall" Ashton smiled, he hasn't really met her yet.

I could tell she already like Ashton cause she was all flirty around him.

I wrapped my arm around Ashton's arm and Natalie almost immediatly got the picture.

"Oh, are you two going out?" she sighed. "Yeah" Ash mumbled.

I ignored it and continued on looking at Natalie sigh. "Oh, I'm sorry. I whisk never take someone else's guy" she explained.

I faked a smile but went on. "Well, we have to go, we will see you sometime soon ok? Ok, bye now" I waved her off but soon after, she followed.

"Well, I don't really have plans today, so can I go with you guys?" she asked, perky as ever. "I bet Matts at the mall" Luke mumbled, intending that Natalie should leave us and go after her boyfriend.

"Oh, that sounds fun. I'll just go with you guys. If we see him, I'll catch up with him" she insisted.

I nodded my head and went on walking.

"I always love a good walk" Natalie seemed pretty confident about walking. I was never a fan of walking, but you know, it's good sometimes. In my case, it's been days now. Almost a week.

"So Natalie, how's Matt" Luke stuffed his hands in his pockets, asking her that. "We broke up because I found out that he was cheating on me with Rebecca" she sighed. "I'm sorry" he consoled her.

Since when did he care about her?

I rolled my eyes, diverting my attention to Ashton.

"You ok?" He asked. I nodded my head.

"Hey guys" I turned my head in front of me and saw Matts arm around Rebecca's shoulders. She was the one that the voice was coming from.

"Hi" I mumbled. I looked at Matt, who looked like he was about to cry.

"So everyone is a couple now? You and Ashton, Matt and I, and of course Natalie and Lukey" Rebecca said.

I ignored her, remembering the words coming from her. She intended Luke and Natalie together.

Right then, I wanted to be the one next to Luke.

Wait, was I jealous?

"Babe, just ignore them, let's go" I heard Matt whisper.

I shot my head down, ignoring Matt as he softly bumped my shoulder as he walked pass me with Rebecca.

"Babe, you look pale" Ashton whispered to me. I looked back up at him, with a worried look plastered on his face.

"I am?" I pulled out my phone, sliding the unlock screen to get out my camera. "Wow, I do look pale. I don't feel very well" I spoke out.

"Well, we can go bring you home if you like" Natalie offered.

I nodded my head, looking at Luke. He was smiling right back at me. I let out a faint laugh and walked back with Ashton to home.

"Thanks Ash, Luke and Natalie. I'll see you guys tomorrow?" I asked, trying to fiddle with the keys to open the door.

"Sure, do you want me to stay with you?" Ash offered. I shook my head a no and he nodded, understanding. "Bye" I waved off them, as the three of them walked off.

"Bye Luke" I whispered to myself. Almost on cue, Luke turned around as he exited to the sidewalk. He faintly smiled. I crossed my arms, leaning against the doorway.

I waved a little as he continued to walk next to Natalie. I rolled my eyes at the thought of her name.

Wow, I really was jealous. I shouldn't be. I have the boyfriend I have always wanted. My best friend, Ashton. My new best friend is Luke. Nothing more. But I want it to be something more. But I can't just dump Ashton. I won't, I won't do it. I'm just going to have to get Luke out of my head.
