2018 is just as much of a horribly tragic year for Ariana Grande. The ups and downs of her engagement with Pete and friendship with Selena. Hopefully, 2019 brings something different...
Turns out, Selena wasn't having an easier time than Ariana as TMZ first reported on her attending rehab again: 'Selena Gomez 'Emotional Breakdown' in Hospital - Now Receiving Mental Health Treatment'
At first, Ariana didn't believe it, but when her messages weren't responded to, or even read, she realized the severity of the situation. She left Selena encouraging messages and hoped she would get the help she needed.
Apparently, she was emotional over an alarmingly low white blood cell count because of her kidney transplant and wanted to just go home, and leave the hospital, instead of staying and getting treatment. Whatever happened, Ariana wished her the best.

For the first time since Ariana's been m.i.a., she was going to be performing for NBC's "A Very Wicked Halloween Special," that would be celebrating the Broadway show's 15th anniversary.

She performed a cover of "The Wizard and I."

The next few days, Ariana was busy. She finished her fifth album and first single, Thank U, Next, and was spending all her time on her music video sets. She was simultaneously filming her "Breathin" and "Thank U, Next" music videos. She threw herself into her work and tried her best to ignore all of the headlines about her breakup and Pete.
But, there was one article that wouldn't stop flooding her timeline. "Pete confirms break up with Ariana Grande" was the headline. Naturally, she was curious so she clicked on it.
'"Well, as you can tell, I don't want to be here. There's a lot going on." Pete told the crowd during a stand up show, "Does anybody have any open rooms? Looking for a roommate?"
During his stand up, Davidson also joked about covering a tattoo he gotten in tribute of Grande during their relationship.
"Um, I've been covering a bunch of tattoos, that's fun. I'm fucking 0 for 2 in the tattoo department. Yeah, I'm afraid to get my mom tattooed on me, that's how bad it is."
"So, obviously, you know, I- we broke up or whatever but when me and her first got engaged we got tattoos together," He later continued, "And it was like in a magazine like, 'Was Pete Davidson stupid?' And 93% of it said yes. So, my boy, he was like 'Don't listen to that shit man. They're literally fucking haters.' And I'm like yeah, fuck that. I'm not stupid. And the other day we were in the kitchen and he was like 'Sorry bro. Turns out you were stupid.'"
