Emma's POV

"Good morning Maria, Donovan." I greet them with smiles which immediately turns into a frown when I spot Leo sitting on the dining table. I had a billion questions to ask the devil billionaire but I was pissed after yesterday. I don't why but he should not be getting girls over willy nilly and expecting me to be fine with it. I just got here and rather than making me feel welcome he's more busy showing random girls a good time.

Disgusting pig

I sit down on the dining table, avoiding contact with him. "Good morning." Leo says putting down the paper he was reading. "Morning." I curtly and sharply reply.

"Are you alright?" He frowns.

"Just Peachy." I put up a fake smile.

"Are your needs being attended too?"

"Yes."

"Am I missing something here?" He asks drinking coffee. "Just a brain." I mumble under my breath.

"Again with the mumbling." Leo remarks. "I can do what I damn well feel like to." I snap and get up.

"Emma sit down."

"No."

"Sit. Down." His glow eyes ablaze with authority.

"That's no way to speak to a lady." I turn my head around to find a young blonde man standing in a suit. What's with all the supporting characters in this house? And why oh why do they all look so freshly clean. The stranger's eyes are dark brown and he is handsome to say the least. As usual. He walks up to me confident and tall. "Bennett Woodson." He places a kiss on my hand making me blush.

"Emmeline Harrington." I smile.

"What a beautiful name but not more than you."

"What are you doing here Bennett?" Leo tenses up. "Just dropped in to meet my best friend lee-lee"

"Best friend is a bit of a stretch." Bennett holds his hand to his chest. "Stop bruising me Leo." I giggle at their exchange.

"Let me go change." Leo leaves the room but not before giving Bennet a glare. "He loves me but he's too shy." I nod at him.

"So what brings you here Emma?" Should I lie or not.

"Work." I lie. "You wouldn't happen to be Richard Harrington's daughter, now would you?" Oh shit, think!

"You're looking at her, do you know my father"

Say no, say no, say no

"Just by name."

Yes!

"Is it your first time in New York?" He asks.

"First time alone." I reply. "In that case, I'm free to go around with you." He winks and I giggle. "She's not going anywhere." Leo emerges down the stair in a blue suit and slicked back hair, looking hotter than the freaking sun.

"What do you mean?" I grit my teeth. "That you are not leaving here." He continues to look into his phone. "And what are you going to do if I don't listen?" I say crossing my arms over my chest, pulling his attention from his phone, making me wish I didn't.
