Emma's POV

"Hey is everything alright." Jordan asks snapping me out of my daze. "Actually there was some—"

Don't say a word not a peep about our interaction, Or you will be sorry for your action.

"Um yeah, it's..I'm fine."

"Honey you look positively ghastly." My nerves were already on edge, I needed to get away. "It's been a long night, I'm going to go to bed."

"Going to bed, uh should I call Leo to join you." Ellie winks. "If there was even a single intelligent thought in your head, it would have died out of loneliness." Jordan snaps at him.

"Oh my god I'm not ready for this, Goodnight. Love you guys." I quickly drag my weary body to my room. Getting under the comfy covers, I let my weary thoughts lead me into a deep slumber.

"Another five rounds." Leo instructs, sitting like a lord on his chair while I run like a thief in the night. "You said that for the last fifteen rounds too." One look of 'does it look like I care' from him gets me running again.

"You're evil." I continue my torture. After what seemed like an eternity, I collapsed onto the floor. "The fuck, Emma!" Leo rushed to me.

"What happened?" I ask the blurry face in front of me. "You fainted."

"Really? I don't remember doing that" I mumble. "Did you eat anything?"

"No."

"I told you to have a good breakfast before we start." He says angrily.

"No you didn't."

"Yes I did."

"No you didn't— Oh wait, my bad."

"Okay, up you get." He helps me up. "That's enough for today."

"What! No, I'm fine see." I try my best to look alright. I need to learn some self defence otherwise I'm going to be dog meat pretty soon. "You're exhausted, we'll pick it up tomorrow."

"Fine, I'll see if Carter is available." I don't get much ahead as I'm brought to my feet, and laid flat on my back. "What the..."

"First rule of self defence, always be aware of your surroundings."

"Leo! You could've just told me that." I yell.

"Yeah but then I wouldn't have been able to do this." He grins and I want to just slap him silly.

"If someone attacks you what do you do first?"

"I scream." I say as Leo pulls me off the ground.

"Wrong, you run. Run like hell. You're too tiny to take on an attacker but if the situation arises, these are the basic places you aim for." His hand drops on my waist and his fingers slowly, teasingly slide lower and lower, caressing each curve, until they reach the back of my knee. "Pick your foot up and stamp it on the attackers foot with your heel."
