Chapter 17 - First Signs

Emily's P.O.V-

It's been a few weeks since we met the boys and our friendship has grown from strong to un breakable . It's like we were never apart. We talk to Katherine and Beth over Skype and they have seen the boys a few times without fainting but we cant actually get eight people on the screen at once so it's kinda girls then boys. We had arranged to Skype them tonight, with all of us round then have a movie night.

We were going to brads for the movie night because they had just been to "the studio" for practice which is basically just brads attic with a few boxes as tris's drums and guitars for con, James and brad . We were going to Skye them at brads house first in his room for just us girls than we'd bring it downstairs for the boys to say hi. We were going round there at 6:00 so that there would be a suitable time zone for both of us at either end.

It was now about four in the afternoon and I was getting really bored so I packed my bags as we were staying over night and I was going to get changed in about half an hour. So I decided to talk to Laura and see what she was doing. I hit the call button on my phone and waited for it to start ringing

" hey em what are you doing calling me aren't we supposed to be getting ready for tonight"

" yer I am ready but I'm really bored now and I wanted to ask who's laptop we were going to use to Skype Beth and Katherine "

" I dunno we could use brads I'm sure he's got one somewhere in that dump of his room"

"We'll aren't you the observant one could you move in there or did you have to get pushed through the sea to get his guitar for him" she laughed at this bit picking up on my undeniable sarcasm

" I think I had to swim and do you think there's anything going on with brad and aisha I mean when we were at the cinema the other day they couldn't keep their eyes off each other when brad didn't have his hands over his eyes"

I giggled at her last remark" we'll they can't be dating yet can they but there might be that old spark that has reignited between them"

" we'll sorry to me for picking up on a childhood sweetheart in our little group it's weird how we found them again isn't it "

" awwww is little Laura getting all romantic about tris but cant tell if he likes her in the same way."

" stop teasing little miss Emily anyway I'm going to get ready now and so should you, you need to look fabulous to impress that Connor of yours" she laughed an extremely evil laugh before cutting me off and leaving me in my bedroom all alone for the second time this afternoon

Brads P.O.V-

It was now 4 in the afternoon yes only two hours till the girls come. The boys had slept over last night as they usually did because we were recording together and tris and James still hadn't brought a apartment in Birmingham so they wouldn't have to keep coming up here on the train. Con only lives round the corner but what's the point of being round the corner when you can be here

We had got all the sweets and pizza for tonight from the supermarket down the road. God that was an experience we nearly got kicked out for riding in the trolleys and having trolly wars . Don't judge I'm only 19. After that we all went up to our rooms and most of them went to sleep, however James may have gone out to the gym as well. This left me time to gather my thoughts about the last few weeks and how I felt about the girls

I was certain that I liked aisha in a way no- one else knew. She's just so perfect. From the way she laughs, a proper laugh to the way she try's to hide a blush when i make her laugh. It's just so perfect. But when I found out she was the girl from my primary school I was just amazed. I had finally found her again and I wasn't going to let her slip through my fingers again this time. I would have to tell her tonight how I felt . But how we would never be alone there's eight of us an theres the girls on Skype. She'll want to talk to them. How will I get her alone.
