Chapter 30 - Concert Night

Emily's P.O.V-

After our little prank on the boys we could see that dean got the message that we had got to our rooms and were finally out the way. We sat on the window ledge looking out the window spying on them as they got into the tour bus. We were all on the third floor in my bedroom so they could perhaps see us if they looked up hard enough but they weren't going to do that as they didn't know we were here.

" look how tall it is" Tristan pointed out as we all clambered off the window ledge mostly falling off and tipping each other off with loud thumps on the floor . We couldn't let him see us now it was to late to spoil our surprise because tris decided he wanted to point out that the hotel was very tall.

" yeh tris almost as tall as you" brad said as Connor and James started laughing along with brad. We peaked over the end of the window ledge and lifted the curtain up slightly to see a not very impressed Tristan and a group of hyaena laughing boys.

" awww Bradley bear " Tristan started laughing as he got Brad in a head lock and started messing up his cute little curls. After tris released him from the head lock brad fixed his curls and they all piled into the tour bus. That was our que to go downstairs and leave as well.

We went downstairs to meet our body guards nick and dave again and we got into this small black van that dean had sorted for us, it was so that we didn't have to pay for a taxi and the driver of this van knew exactly where he was going and where he had to take us when we got there. The plan was we had to stand at the back of the arena and make our way forward.

We had told all the fans that we were going to surprise the boys on stage at the New York City arena and we had told them that the boys didn't know about it as they thought we were in Paris together. We had asked them to keep quite and help us get to the front of the stage so that we can surprise them in the middle of one of their songs to see how they react.

The majority of the fans said they would gladly help us and it will be such a surprise for their boys and they will love to see their faces. Which is exactly what the girls said .

We had arrived outside the concert and we were already in a queue to get in but that was alright as we were going to be at the back anyway. We went to the back of the queue and waited .

We had been waiting about half an hour and the concert was due to start in another half an hour but the line was going quite fast and we were perhaps in the middle of the line now .we had been approached by some fans in New York while we were out shopping today and we had been approached by a few while we were in the line already.

A girl with a black and white vamps top was starting to approach us with her friends. They looked a bit younger than us at about 17 or maybe 18 the same age as us. She had dark brown eyes with straight dark brown hair to match. She was really pretty.

" hello I'm Danielle could we had a picture with all of you please" she looked nervous , we weren't even the stars. We gave them a warm smile then we looked to our body guards to see if it was alright. Some we had in the past were a bit funny about us taking pictures with fans even if we didn't mind. Our bodyguards nodded and let us have a picture with them

" yes if course do you want it as a group or individual" I asked her

" erm can I have you all individual please" she asked

" yes who do you want first" Laura said with her biggest smile , Jesus don't scare the girl Laura.

" erm can I have you first Emily I'm a massive Connor girl " I smiled at her as she got her phone out.

We took a few pictures one nice one where we were all smiling and the rest with funny faces like durp faces , duck faces and generally distorting our faces to look silly. I gave her my twitter account and she have me hers . She was a really nice girl and I wanted to see if I could get to know her better and follow her on twitter.

We were finally in the arena and the concert had started. We were at the back and had about 3 hours to make our way to the front and surprise them. We were being hid by a group of girls and their moms who tapped the shoulder of the girls in front and they let us through. We took a few pictures with the girls in the crowd and they said they wouldn't post them anywhere until after tonight so we didn't get rumbled before our surprise was over.

We stopped for abut once we reached the middle to dance and enjoy the music. They were playing "high hopes" and we all loved this song as it reminded us of our hopes before we met the boys. We could all see the boys jumping with energy as con and James ran around stage with their guitars going everywhere brad was singing while running. I'm not even sure weather that's possible and Tristan was drumming like there was no Tomorrow , you couldn't even make out his arms they were that fast. It got to the bit where there are no drums and only a bit of guitar and they were only singing. It was the bit where you can mainly hear tris singing his heart out and he says he can't sing.

We started to move forward again hiding behind all the fans as we got closer and closer to the front of the stage. More people joined to hide us because the closer we got to the stage the clearer the boys could see us. We were right at the front of the stage now and we were being hidden like hell.

We had about 50 fans circling us so that the boys wouldn't see us , we had to duck every time they looked over the end of the stage and the fans had to look like nothing was happening even though they only happened to be hiding their girlfriends .

We made our separate ways and started to disburse. Kiran and aisha were going left as James and brad were on that side and me and Laura were going right as con and Tristan were more to this side. We signalled to the fans that we were going separate ways and they split so that we could all be submerged and they didn't see us until the last minute when we got on stage .

We got to the side of the stage where there were steps to go up and security guards there we looked for joe and he came from round the stage to let us on. We saw dean meet Kiran and aisha on over the other side. As we climbed the steps my heart was beating rapidly . I could see con now and he had no idea I was literally standing a few feet away from him. I flashed joe a smile before I made my way on stage.

The boys had started to sing "Oh Cecilia" and we started to sing on stage

I turn my radio up and it's just my luck

Why-y-y-y-y-y-eh me?

I turn my TV on, it's the same old song

Why are you following me?

It's like a 'missing you' sign

Is written on my face

It's like everybody knows

The fans had started to scream louder an louder as me and the girls approached on stage they started to shout

" look right- look left - look right - look left - look right- look left -look right- look left " it was about 80,000 people shouting that and the boys started to get a little confused as the looks they were expressing were absolutely hilarious

They started to do what the fans were saying as we emerged more and more onto the stage...
