Chapter 4 - The Best Presant Ever

Emily's P. O. V-

As we approach Starbucks I hear the girls giggling and squealing over something in a circle . they had sent me over here to look at some tops and clothes for them as they apparently couldn't reach or couldn't decide if the style was right for them. I know that they are planning to give me my birthday present in Starbucks but I can't wait to find out what it is so I decide to do a bit of teasing to see if I can get it out of them.

As I walked over to them they all shush up and immediately stop talking. could they make it less obvious!

"Hey guys I got the tops you wanted do you think you could buy it for me as my birthday present" I asked cheekily I knew what I was doing and it seemed to be working

"Erm Emily we already got you something for your birthday..." aisha mumbled just loud enough for me to hear

"Yer but you guys would of told me by now what it is cuz u lot can't keep a secret to save your lives you always end up telling me "

"Well we obviously managed to keep our little secret to ourselves this time didn't we " Kiran added we could all tell she was being sarcastic and emphasized the "obviously "

"Ok ok let's just go into Starbucks shall we I'm so thirsty I could drink a lake"

We all laughed at this and started to go through the door into Starbucks . when we got into Starbucks it was pretty full and the queue was nearly out the door .

There was one last table next to the window Katherine ran over to it shouting " MINE MY TABLE"

We could all tell she was as thirsty as the rest of us. when we sat down the girls faces looked relived , guess I was right they were gonna give me my present in here. As we sat down at the table there was a huge sigh of relief and we could all feel the blood rush to our hands again those shopping bags were really heavy. Beth stood up to ask us what we wanted to drink, she also told me that they would pay as it was my birthday and I would not beat her to the paying counter and pay for all of it like I had done before .

The drinks order ended up like:

Me- white hot chocolate

Katherine- peppermint got chocolate

Kiran- caramel macchiato

Aisha- caramel flan latte

Laura- dark hot chocolate

Beth- plain hot chocolate

Once the drinks had arrived the girls all looked at each other and nodded. I guess they were going to give me my present soon. they are so obvious !!

" And now drum roll please" Kiran announced as they all started drumming the table with their hands and giggling

"Tada happy birthday Emily " they all said whilst giving me my present and got up for a massive group hug.

"thanks guys your all amazing!!" I said as we sat down after our hug

As I looked at the envelope they had just given me I started to wonder what it could be. it wouldn't be money they would all rather give me something rather than money and why only one envelope why was it that expensive that they all had to contribute to one thing. And why was it flat nothing was sticking out and it wasn't bulky. ughhhh what was it??

"Go on then open it" aisha urged me as I flipped it over and started to tear it open. as I pulled the card out of the envolope I could see it was a personalised one possibly off moon-pig. it was pictures of when we were all in nursery; me with no shoes on, Aishas hair was in pig tails , Laura was picking her nose, Kiran was in the sandpit and Beth and Katherine were splashing water all over each other in the swimming pool. I couldn't stop laughing this card was amazing and so funny

" Do you like it we designed it ourselves " Katherine asked glad to see I was amused by it

"Excuse me do I like it I absolutely love it " I said with an amazing amount of energy and laughing

A I opened the card to see what they had all put I saw 6 tickets to London and 6 train tickets to go to The Vamps signing on the 28th of October. aghhhh oh my god, oh my god, oh my god I was going to meet The Vamps and Connor ball this was the best birthday present ever. I was going to meet The Vamps with my best friends in London . I quickly ran out of Starbucks and started to squeal and jump. this is amazing !!!
