Chapter 31 - The Look On Your Face

Emily's P.O.V-

We started to walk more and more on stage while the boys were still singing Cecilia and getting more confused by the second. The crowd were still going "look Right - Look left -look Right - Look left -look Right - Look left "

They started to do what the crowd said. They're singing got slower and tristan's drumming got more and out of time as they got more and more confused. We snuck round the back of them and the crowd went wild. They knew we were playing around with them and they liked to see them confused.

The boys kept looking from left to right and they saw nothing. I got directly behind Connor as did Kiran , aisha and Laura . We all knew what we were going to do and this would give them one hell of a hello. We ran forward and jumped onto their backs.

It was kinda like a piggy back but in which the person who was holding didn't know to catch. I jumped on cons back and he immediately wrapped his hands around my legs as kind of a reaction reflex . I snuggled into his neck and felt his hair brush against my checks as he tried to work out what had just gone on

Connors P.O.V-

We were playing Cecilia when the crowd started shouting something. I looked to brad who was as equally confused as me. We carried on singing but the crowd kept getting louder and louder until we could finally work out what they were trying to say.

They kept shouting "look Right - Look left -look Right - Look left -look Right - Look left " it was as if they knew something we didn't.

I looked at James and then brad. There was really no harm in doing what the fans were saying . Come on what can they do to us they're only shouting for us to look right and left. What is the real harm. I looked right then left then right again.

Nothing

I saw nothing. There was just joe and dean off stage laughing at us and looking as if they were going to burst at any minute . The fans were screaming louder and I was getting more and more confused.our singing got slower and tristan's drumming got more and out of time as we got more and more confused.

They're wasn't anybody to our left or to our right. Just joe and dean who were still laughing at us.

Suddenly I felt Someone jump on my back and i immediately wrapped my hands around someones legs as kind of a reaction reflex. Someone had ran into me as I staggered forward from the force. I had let go of my bass guitar and looked around for answers.

We had all stopped playing and the stage was quiet but the fans were still screaming . What the hell were they screaming at.

I felt someone snuggle into my neck and felt their hair and cheek brush against mine.

" hello" they whispered as I turned round to look at the person. It was quite hard to turn round and see their face as they were on my back on a piggy back style.

I saw the blond and brown hair and the white converse and swung them round so that they were on the front of me.

" Emily" I screamed

" Connor " she screamed

" I thought you were in Paris " I screamed as well as shocked and totally elated

" I might of got my countries mixed up" she replied with a smile stretched across her face. She looked like a Cheshire Cat. I swung her round as her legs were still wrapped around me. I grabbed her cheeks and kissed her

Emily's P.O.V -

The crowd erupted as he kissed me and I un wound my legs from him as he set me down. He blushed pink as I looked round at the other girls . Laura was sitting with tris's animal on his drums and playing the drums with him. Kiran was still hugging James as he swung her around in a circle clearly happy to see her and brad was still shocked at aisha being here and was hugging her so tightly that I was afraid she was going to break.

The crowd was still screaming as brad took the microphone .

" New York make some noise" he shouted as the fans screamed louder and louder

" I see you were all hiding a secret from us" he looked to con , James and tris

The fans screamed louder as they shouted and whistled at them.

" thank you we love you all its a amazing surprise and now for our next song wild heart" he shouted as tris started to play the drums and con started with the bass. We danced on stage for a bit while the intro was on and they dean came on the give us our front row seats in the audience .

We were in the standing front row and con kept looking at me with his cute smile and I felt like he was singing the song to me.

And I know it's late, I know it's cold

It felt like he was singing to me when he made eye contact with me and held it. He looked over the edge of the stage as I looked up to him. He was still singing and it felt like we were in a fairy tale.

He stopped singing and mouthed "I love you"

I mouthed it back as I danced to their songs until the concert finished

I love you too Connor
