The school bell rang, signaling students that they can go home. Hueningkai was happy because he gets to leave school, but he was sad because he doesn't have plans to do afterwards. He packed his things from the desk, put it inside his bag, zipped it, swung it around his right arm and walked out of the classroom casually. It was 2.30 PM when he left class

After he got out of school, he was thinking of something to do while walking to his apartment. His apartment wasn't that far from his high school. He arrived at the building and went inside. He got to his floor using an elevator. He rang the doorbell of his apartment. Beomgyu, one of Kai's roommates, answered the door for him.

"Kai! Why do you look so gloomy? Let me guess, you get scolded by your science teacher again for not doing the homework isn't it? I told you to do it last night..." Beomgyu asked jokingly while they both sit on the sofa

"No, gyu. I did the homework this time and yes I still got scolded but that's not why I'm gloomy today. I want to do something today. We haven't done anything for a week and watching movies every damn night is starting to get really boring. Can we go somewhere later, please?" Answered Kai in a cute way, trying to persuade Beomgyu.

"Owh. THAT'S why you're gloomy. Should've said something earlier, I've been dying to go to this new coffee shop nearby. I heard they have good beverages and snacks too. Wanna go tomorrow? Because Beomgyu-hyung has plans to go watch a movie with Taehyun-hyung." replied Beomgyu with a voice as if he was talking to a baby

"Why can't I come with? Even though it's watching movies, we could still eat after, right?"

"It's a really gorey movie. The last time we invited you to watch a gorey movie with us, you vomitted all over my hoodie. Don't want that happening again. Plus we aren't bringing you along because the last time we ate, you made us pay for your food..." said Beomgyu while giggling

Taehyun comes out of his bedroom (also their roommate) all ready to head to the movies

"When are we supposed to be going hyung?" Taehyun asked while looking at his wrist watch

"5 minutes ago. C'mon we're gonna be late."

"Okay okay! Bye Kai! If you want to go anywhere or need anything, message us okay? Have fun staying at home watching movies and hopefully doing your homework!" Said Taehyun leaving the apartment

"Bye Kai! We'll see you at around 8 okay! Have fun and be safe!" Beomgyu waved as he left the apartment, closing the door behind him

Kai was extremely bored right now. He then thought to himself on what to do. He then remembered that Beomgyu mentioned a new coffee shop nearby. He had an idea to go to the coffee shop that Beomgyu mentioned earlier and not tell them.

He went to his room and took a shower then got changed. He took some extra money with him and his phone and shoved them into his pockets. He then left his apartment building and instantly stops. He didn't know the exact location of where the coffee shop is and since it was new, he doubted it was on google maps, so he started walking and asked a few strangers hoping they know where it is. He finally talked to one that knew where the coffee shop is and thanks the kind woman. He goes to the direction based on the directions he was given by the stranger. He had finally found it.

There was a writing on the wall of the coffee shop that says "My heart aches for you, the one I have long awaited" These words touched Kai's heart. He went inside and picked a seat. He sat down and a waiter came up to him

"Good afternoon sir, welcome to King's Crown Coffee Shop, these are the menus, one for the beverages and one for the snacks."

Kai looks at the waiter and blushed hard red. He thought the waiter was the cutest guy he has ever met in his entire life. He looked back trying to hide his blush but the waiter noticed it before he did

"Sir, would you like to order now?" asked the waiter

"Y-Yes. I'll have the h-ham quiche and one hot coffee, please!" said Kai stuttering

"Alright! Please wait while we get your order."

"Thank you!"

---15 mins later---

"Thank you for waiting sir, here is your ham quiche and hot coffee."

"T-Thank you" Kai stuttered

After 20 mins of staying and looking at the waiter everytime time he comes to Kai's field of vision, he left the payment on the table and left. He went back to his apartment and went to his room. He can't stop thinking of the cute waiter. He doesn't know why he can't stop thinking of him and why he blushes everytime he does think of him. He doesn't know the emotions he has and how he can exlplain it. He stayed in his room just playing with his phone and suddenly just fell asleep.

He got woken up by Beomgyu and Teahyun

"Kai! Wake up!" shouted Taehyun

"What is it?" replied Kai still sounding sleepy

"Where did you go out to?" asked Beomgyu

"Nowhere." Kai trying to avoid answering that question

"Then why did you change your clothes?" asked Beomgyu not believing in a word Kai is saying

"It's just comfortable to sleep in." Kai defending himself

"Okayy. You can continue to sleeping now." said Taehyun

The three went to their seperate rooms and went to bed. Kai though was still thinking of that waiter.

"I hope we meet again tomorrow!"
