Dealing with the Pain

I am left to try to rebuild myself once again since you left

But I have to say thank you for leaving the way you did,

because at least I learned how to deal with it from the last time you did this

But I guess I can't say it's all your fault,

because after all I was stupid enough to believe your lies and give you another chance

Some mistakes I still have to work on,

but at least I see the bigger lesson in all of this-

some things never change no matter how much you want it too
