When did you fall out of love with me?
Was it in between the "I love you" you said, slowly not meaning it anymore
Or the amount of time it took you to figure out how you truly felt?
Maybe it was when I brought up marriage-simply implying that we could be together for eternity-as you put it
A mere thought that once made you so happy-even had you coming up with ideas of your own
Now it seems to scare you off
and makes you go silent.
It's been years-4 to be exact
and in that time I have never stopped loving you
But despite everything you do, all you say, I can still sense that your falling out of love with me
And it hurts like hell to listen to you attempt to calm my growing jealousy when you talk about "her" saying she's just a friend.
But that's a whole other issue that I'm not ready to deal with right now.
So tell me, were those all the reasons you fell out of love with me? Or was it something else, something I completely overlooked?
