People come into your life for a variety of reasons. Some are very clear right from the start and others not so much. Eventually you come to understand though.
You found me at one of the calmest times in my life (yeah I know I found it hard to believe too), saw me through my absolute worst and never once did it cross your mind to leave, even though I did briefly.
It took me a while to truly admit my feelings out loud to you because I was scared.
Scared of starting over, letting someone in, accepting my reality. But you were patient and waited and waited until finally you heard those three words back "I love you". And it was in that moment that everything I had been through made sense. In that moment, I found my other half.
I know I don't say it often, but I really do mean it. I love you.
