Sahar 🌙 Cody plays today vs the reds. Aka puigs , and matt team now. Cody has been on FIRE so I'm excited for him. We just got to the stadium , we get checked then go to the clubhouse. "Oh wow. Its clean" i say looking at his locker. "Yup. Look" he says showing me the pictures he has of us. "Aw" i say. "He looks at those before walking out" chris says scaring me. "Jesus" i say putting a hand over my hear and he laughs. "Sorry" he says.
We go to the field and they practice while i talk to Madysin. I stay with her the whole time. The guys go back to the clubhouse and get dressed. They come back and do a ceremonial first pitch. The game begins and kersh gives up a ball to puig who makes a home run. The game is very interesting to say the least. 3rd inning again for the second time Hotel California plays. "Number 35 cody bellinger" the pa says. I cheer because you know thats my baby...daddy.
The next happens so fast yet so slow. The pitcher throws a ball and it hits him on the knee making him fall to the ground. I immediately stand , dave runs to him as cody is standing. I look at the dugout and corey is looking at me. He talks to Dave then limps/jogs to first base. ARE YOU KIDDING THAT WAS A FAST BALL HOW IS HE STAYING IN THE GAME??? Everyone claps and again i look at the dugout and corey is giving me a confused look. Same sis same.
I'm now sitting again. AJ comes and strikes out. Cody has been jogging/walking around while pitches are thrown. The discomfort is obvious. Max comes to base and again strikes out. The inning ends and the reds jog to their dugout while my baby is limping to the dodger dugout. He gets help from some of the guys. He talks to doc while the rest of the guys head to the field. Alex takes Cody's place on the field and lineup. I get a text from matt and i respond.
Fans next to and behind me cheer. I look up and its doc "He wants you" doc says. A security comes and i follow him to the dugout. Cody is being helped by a pitching coach. "I'll take him" i say. "Are you sure?" The coach asks and i nod. He lets go of cody and he puts an arm over my shoulder and i put one over his lower back. The coach leads us to the physicians office? He checks his knee and its SWOLLEN and red. Already bruising. It obviously hurt when it was touched since he would squish my hand. "I'll be doing some xrays just to make sure it was just a hit" he says.
I walked out of the room because i can't be there since I'm pregnant. Also matt called. "Yes dude he's good" i say. "Okay , keep me updated" he says and i chuckle. "Okay" i say. I stay outside the room for a few more minutes until i can go back in. A coach also goes in with me. "The xrays came out negative. Its just a hit and will only be a bruise and swelling. He shouldn't play today or tomorrow" he says and they nod. "Make sure to ice it , itll help the swelling" the physician says.
I help him back to the club house and he changes. He does an interview then we get on a golfcart and i drive us home. "Mine?" I ask and he nods. They play at 7 tomorrow but he's not playing. "Matt and my dad have just been texting about you" i say showing him my phone and he chuckles. I drive and stop by target which is closest to the house. "I'll be back" i say putting the emergency lights on and staying on the lane specifically for online pickup orders.
I get my wallet and phone then get off. I walk in and go to the online section. "Name" an employee says. "Sahar" i say. He checks then turns back and gives me a bag. "thank you" i say and i start walking out. "Hi can we take a picture?" A girl asks. "Sure" i say. She gives the phone to her mom? Then stands next to me. "Is cody okay?" She asks after the pictures get taken. "Yeah" i say. "Sorry i have to go. It was great meeting you" i add.
"Stay still!" I say. "Babe it hurts" he says. "I know! Its going to hurt more if you keep on moving while I'm trying to put on the fucking icepack" i say and he stays quiet "well damn" he says and i look up at him. "Geez" matt says and i stare at him. I wrap the icepack on his knee with a gauze. Tomorrow I'm filming with ryland and shane.

"Sa someone's here for you" i hear matt say and ignore him remaining asleep. We fell asleep at 2:30. He was in pain and i was feeling cramps which the nurse said its normal. We decided to sleep on the first floor since cody couldn't walk up the stairs. I haven't slept this comfortable in so long. "Sa!" I hear matt say. "Sa" he says shaking my shoulder. "What?" I ask. "Ryland and shane are here" he says and my eyes widen. "I'll be there right now" i say and he walks out.
I look over at my phone and i have missed calls and messages. Its 11:40am. I slowly get out of his grip and go to the bathroom. I brush my teeth and do my morning routine. "Babe" i say. "Babe" i add and he wakes up. "Some friends are here" i say. "Can i use your sweater?" I ask and he nods. "Yeah" he says. I'm wearing his sweats. "I'll bring you an icepack right now" i say pecking his lips and he smiles. I put on some slides and walk out. "Hi , sorry to keep you waiting" i say.
"Hi! It's fine don't worry" ryland says. We hug and i hug Morgan , Andrew and Shane. Matt offered them drinks and snacks. "I'll be back sorry" i say going to the freezer and getting an icepack then taking it to cody. "Yeah he got hit with a 96mph ball on the knee" i hear matt say. "Is he okay?" Shane asks. "Yeah it's just bruised and swollen" i say. We talk for a bit then go outside. "You wanna see them now?" I ask ryland and he nods. "Okay" i say. I go to the small house thing and put the passcode. Inside are the atvs and a golf cart we take to see the farm thing.
My dad moved it to the back of the land. It's a bigger farm house. "Woah" they say. I get the keys for the white atv and get on it driving it out.

"Don't worry i won't drive bad" i say and matt nods. "Wait so you have all of these just to go over there?" Ryland asks and i nod. "We could walk but no" matt says laughing. They each get in and i wait until they're buckled up. I follow the trail to the farm house. We have 2 trails. A normal road one and the second has bumps/hills and what not. "Wow" they say. We get to the farm house and we get off.
"Who do you wanna meet first?" I ask. "The pigs" shane says. "Oh my god i might cry I've never seen one in person" he adds. We walk to sarah and clarks side and we go inside. "This is Sarah. She's mine. And this is Clark he's a family one" i say. They pet them. "How did you choose the names?" Shane asks. "Sarah , the first time my boyfriend and i talked on the phone he called me Sarah so that just made me name her that" i say chuckling.
"My dad named him Clark , we three love watching DC movies and Superman's name is Clark so yeah" i say laughing. We stay with them for a while then go with the goats. "This is Billy the G.O.A.T" i say. "And this one is Ray the G.O.A.T" matt says. We show them around and hang out for a while and film. They then leave and i go with cody.
