Chapter 4: Making a Youtube channel?

After my amazing day I had yesterday I fell asleep and when I woke up this morning Jack and Finn were in my room.

"Annika, Joe just called he wants to see you once you get up." Finn tells me.

"Where at?" I say very sleeply. I sit up. 

"At his place. Not sure why." 

"Aright. I'm going to shower. So can you leave my room?" They both stood up and left. I stretched then grabbed my towels and headed to the bathroom. I stood in the shower thinking what I would be doing with Joe today. All I knew was that I wanted to get there as soon as possible. So I got out of the shower and I got dressed. I decided on wearing my yoga pants and a sweatshirt. I put my hair in a high pony tail and did my makeup. Then I went downstairs and told my parents I was going to Joe's place. He had the day off so he didn't have to thatch my roof today. But then I remembered I never told her I was dating Joe.

"Why are you going to Joe's? He's been here all week." My mom questioned.

"Oh! Yeah...I know but yesterday when he taught me to thatch roof's he sort of asked me out and now we are dating." I say.

"Thats wonderful darling!" My mom pulled me in for a hug. 

"Thanks. So now I got to go. He said he needed me." 

"Alright! See you in a little bit." I grabbed my car keys and drove to Joe's place. When I get there I knock and Joe comes to the door. He's wearing a white tee-shirt and jeans with white socks. 

"Hey Annika!" Joe says. 

"Hello!" I say stepping inside. "My brothers said you needed me."

"I do! I am making a very much requested video and you need to be in it." 

"What is it?" 

"Uhhh....The Girlfriend Tag." 

"You told your channel your dating me after one day?" I laugh.

"No! Of course I wouldn't without asking you. They all think I have a girlfriend ever since I started this channel. So now that I have one I can do the video!" 

"OK! Lets do this." We go into his room where he has everything set up. He tells me to sit on his bed while he fixed things up. Then he sat down next to me and was about to get started. 

"I need you to sit on the floor and once I say that I can actually do this video since I have my girlfriend I want you to pop up and sit on the bed." He explains.

"OK!" I squat down by the bed as Joe gets started.

"Hello everyone! Its time for another Sugg Sunday Special! Now I have been reequested by all of you to do a video called The Girlfriend Tag. And I happen to be able to that now with my girlfriend........" I pop up and sit on the bed. "ANNIKA!!!" He said into the camera.

"Hello!" I say and wave.

"Yeah....so this is Annika. We are going to be answering the questions but the only problem is that we don't exactly know a ton of things about eachother because we have only started dating yesterday. But we can answer what we can." 

"So the first question is When/where did you meet?" I say. I actually really liked this. 

"Well, we met at the begining of this week. I was actually thatching her roof and she was really intrested in becoming  a thatcher so she watched me thatch and I liked from the first day I saw her." 

"Alright! Second question, When did you meet the parents?" 

"Before we started dating I guess." 

"Yup! Third question, Where was your first date?" 

"Well, we didn't exactly have a first date yet. But I guess the way I asked her out would probably count. I basically remembered that she wanted to learn to thatch so I brought her to my parents place yesterday and I have that practice roof that you probably have seen in my vlogs and she thatched there. It was pretty romantic if you ask me."

"Haha! If thats your version of romantic I don't know what to say!" We went through all the questions then Joe said good bye. Then we just hung out for a little bit. Caspar showed up so we all played somee Fifa. Then Joe checked his Youtube.

"Annika! Look at this! All my viewers say they love you and want to see if you have a Youtube channel!"

"But I don't." I reply. Not taking my eyes away from the game of Fifa I was playing with Caspar.

"We can make you one and you can record your first video here!"

"Ok. I guess. Let me just finish this game. I'm about to score and beat Caspar in overtime!" I played the game and scored. I cheered as Caspar fell backwards and pouted. I laughed and so was Joe.

"Lets make your channel?" Joe asked.

"Yup!" We went upstairs and got my channel set up but then I had to record a video. Joe sat behind the camera and I started talking.

"Hello! So this is my first video here. This will not be the normal background of my videos. I happen to be at my boyfriend Joe's home right now." Joe poked his head infront of the camera. "Yeah, all of you watching this probably know him as Thatcherjoe or Joe Sugg. I actually started this video because of his viewers that were asking if I had a channel. So I decided to start one! I think I will like this! It seems pretty fun!" 

"WAIT UNTIL YOU HAVE TO EDIT!" I hear Caspar yell from his room.

"THANKS CASPAR!" I yell back. 

"Anyway some of you may know my brothers too! Their names are Jack and Finn. Identical twins from Jacksgap. Yeah, you probably know them. Well, this is a short video just to tell you I have a channel now....so yeah!!! THANK YOUUUUU!!!!!! See you next week!!!! BYEEEE!!!" And I was done.

"Wow! You did amazing!" 

"Thank you! But I don't think I will have anyone watch my videos."

"Of course you will. Just wait." Joe ran to the kitchen and grabbed his vlogging camera.

"Hello everyone! This is my girlfriend Annika which you probably saw her in my new mainchannel video The Girlfriend Tag. Well, she now has a youtube channel. Tell them what its called." Joe said pointing the camera at me.

"Its called AnnikaHarriesTV. Its a simple name but I like it." I say to the camera while looking at Joe.

"GO CHECK IT OUT!!!!" Joe says then turns off the camera. "Once I post this you may have some followers."

"I hope so!" I say. I really do hope so.
