After an encounter like that, one could only hope it wouldn't happen again, at least not anytime soon and when the two Demons regained their composure.   Devyn barely glanced at the other before he started making his way back to the Kitchen,
"And where do you think you're going?"   At the sound of Alastor's dumb question, the Incubus turned to answer.
"Where do you think? I need to finish the Cake, don't you have your own duties?  Get off my case already."  The Radio Demon was a bit taken back by how the other's attitude had changed and after he had just faced the Devil for, well, for him.  Seeing Devyn continue through the Dining Hall heading towards the Kitchen, Alastor followed, getting annoyed at the other who kept walking away.  Devyn didn't stop; for one he wanted to get away from the Radio Demon, he was slightly embarrassed for what he had done back there involving the Devil.  How could he have been so foolish as to put himself in the way of the most Powerful being in all of Hell, and for what?  No, for who? Shaking his head, he entered the Kitchen once more to see to the final touches of the Wedding Cake and now that the Devil was performing the Ceremony he was sure the Hotel would get the publicity they wanted.
Devyn heard the other enter the Kitchen; he sighed while keeping his back to Alastor, with their Powers nullified there wasn't much either of them could do to one another.
"Alright, talk!   What was that about, you know the Royals far more than you let on.  What was that business about Charlie remembering you or the fact that the Devil seems to know you personally?"   So many questions and yet Devyn wasn't going to answer any of them; he turned to face the other while scoffing.
"I'm not telling you a thing.  I'm sure you have other things to do." The Radio Demon wasn't one to be ignored, bringing his staff up he thought about hitting the other while his back was turned but decided against it since the Wedding Cake was needed.  Looking at the Incubus, Alastor couldn't understand why he had done what he did, after everything he had tried to do to get rid of the Chef, and it was this fact that the Radio Demon couldn't just let it go when it concerned Devyn.   He was hiding things, and Alastor was going to find out one way or another.
"Are you still here?"   Devyn asked as he turned to glance over his shoulder, he noticed Alastor hadn't left, and it was at this point where the Radio Demon looked away in silence. This brought a concerned look to Devyn, realizing the other's worry to leave the Kitchen because of the Royal within the Hotel.  He cleared his throat trying to return to the humble Chef,
"I see.  Again, not something to be ashamed of when being afraid of something. Just makes us Mortal is all." Alastor looked at Devyn oddly as he motioned closer to speak.
"You didn't seem to be afraid of him at all?"   Now that Alastor thought about it, he remembered what the Incubus was afraid of and still it didn't make sense to him as to why that was the case. Right now, the secret that Alastor wanted to know was how Devyn was connected with the Royals in a way that even Lucifer was friendly with the Incubus.  Devyn stepped away from the Cake as it had been done since before he left the Kitchen the first time, it was just an excuse to get away from Alastor, and well that didn't work.
"He can be scary, he's the Devil, after all.  I guess I don't have much sense when it comes to self-preservation.   I'll help another out before worrying about myself.  Not that, that's something you'd understand." They were right, it wasn't something Alastor understood, but he wasn't an idiot either.
"I could probably understand it better if you were to reveal what your past was with the Devil?" Devyn smirked, he wasn't going to give in that easily.
