Chapter 6 - Umbrella

It has been more than a month since the flower has bloomed, Mina did cut some runners just like what the seller said to not exceed the limit of 4 runners and she also did try the fertilizer then the soil drainage too.

Today is the birthday celebration of the crown prince from the Myoui Kingdom, where there will be some guest to present in the celebration. Many guests arrived in the early afternoon to take a tour in the palace and have some chit-chat with the King. Most importantly the prince has entered 21 years old which means soon or later, He will choose a princess to be his wife to rule the Kingdom when his father give the throne to him.

Mina still in her garden trimming some plants and trees, enjoying her life. Taking a good look at her strawberry plant, there are only 3 out of 15 strawberry plants, the other 12 not ripe yet even though she planted it all at the same time.

Soon i could show Chae my strawberry garden, I'm sure she will like it :)

She picks some matured strawberry fruit, she eats one and smiled widely. Nyum, It sour sweet! She happily laughs by herself and eats another one Eh!? This one is TOTALLY SOUR! It's so random huh?.

She picked some more in her mini basket planning to share it with her servant and bodyguards.

Slowly observe one by one to be picked. She felt a shadow above her, a paper umbrella.

Umbrella??

She looks at her right-side and to see a cute girl grinning at her while holding the umbrella.

"Cc-CHaeYouNG!?" Mina shocked.

"Sssh, lower down your voice" Chaeyoung laughed at her reaction.

"How? How on earth you are here in the Myoui Kingdom?"

"Today Is your brother's birthday right?"

"Oh ya- yes my brother is having a birthday today, so you came with your father?"

Chaeyoung nods, "yes"

"How could you find the garden in such a big palace?" Mina asked.

"Since my father is with the other royals, I excuse myself"

Mina chuckles, "you are also Royal tho"

"I'm not interested spending whole day standing, listen and do nothing, so i ask some guards where is princess Mina and they lead me the way to this garden"

Damn guard, now Chae has seen the garden earlier. Tss, well, Life is a surprise

"Oohh" Mina just nods several times.

"So... you like gardening?

"yep," Mina nods again.

"Wahh, my mom will definitely like you if she is still alive,"

Mina poker face, "yeah"

"Anyway, I didn't see even one strawberry in the town on my way here"

"That's why, i bought a pouch of strawberries when I'm at your place, we don't have strawberry here"

"This?" Chaeyoung pointing at the strawberry plants around them.

"Umm, This is my first time planting a strawberry, so here is the only strawberry garden you can find it here in the Myoui Kingdom"

"Waaah, anyway is there anything i can help now?"

"You're already helping me right now" Mina took a glance at the umbrella.

"yEAy~" Chaeyoung grinning, enjoying the scenery in front of her and keep holding the umbrella for Mina.

"Do you want one?" Mina offered a strawberry from her hand and noticed Chaeyoung has been smiling at her.
