[at the palace]

Nayeon approach them as they arrived at the palace, "princess, King would like to have words with you"

Chaeyoung's personal bodyguard also come to meet Chae.

"i think you can go back now, Chae" said Mina.

"Yeah it's getting late, okay then let's go Nererri" said Chaeyoung to her personal bodyguard.

"yes princess" Nererri slightly lowered her head.

"princess Chaeyoung, did you have fun with Mina today?" King Myoui chuckles welcoming them.

"yes, my highness," Chaeyoung make a smiley face at Mina.

King Myoui chuckles, "I'm glad to hear that, Hahah, now Mina send her home it's gonna be late when she reach there, since you are very skilled, you can protect her"

"me?" Mina confusedly pointed at herself.

"princess Chae, do you mind if Mina follows you back to your home?" King Myoui asked Chae.

"No, my highness," said Chaeyoung, lowered her head.

"Okay then, settled, now go," said King Myoui.

"eh?" Mina puzzled.

"let's go" :) Chaeyoung grabbed Mina's hand and bid farewell to King Myoui.

"so now I'm going to the Son Kingdom???" Mina confusedly looks at Chae.

"yes?" Chae innocently replied.

They walk to their bodyguards who are waiting outside the King area,

"Nayeon, tonight we will stay at the Son Kingdom, prepare my things, don't forget the gift as well"

"Algesseumnida, princess" Nayeon leave as soon as she bowed her head, Nerreri follows.

"Gift?" Chaeyoung was curious.

"Umm, it's not for you, don't flatter yourself, Hahahah"

"Owh, I thought you're going to give me something" Chaeyoung disappointed tone.

Four of them set off as soon as they prepared the horse, Mina has her quiver at her back as well as her mini knife inside her ankle pocket, just to prepare like 'umbrella before the rain comes'

In the middle of the trip, The sun has gone down and the path goes darker than before, Nayeon and Nerreri light up a torch of fire to light the way, and carefully ride the horse. It was so quiet they could only their horses' step.

"It's getting dark please focus on what's ahead," said Mina with a poker face.

"Yes princess," said Nayeon and Nerreri.

"Nothing ahead, just an empty path tho," said Chaeyoung.

"you know, we might get ambushed if you are not careful or attentive with your surroundings and we are here in the forest, any wild animals could just attack and eat you, you want to be their dinner?" Mina's eyes' direction still stays the same way, looking at the front.

Chaeyoung turns her head to the left, "you mean midnight snacks?"

Chaeyoung chuckles at her own jokes but Mina glared at her, "I'm serious Chae"

"why so serious? It's getting dark so they should be sleeping rather than having dinner at this time" Chaeyoung chuckles again, Mina sighs but snorted at her jokes.

(bushes noise)

Mina noticed that little noise, immediately draw an arrow from her quiver, and try to search for the source of the noise.

Chaeyoung bamboozled, "What's wrong, Mina?"

"Sssh, I heard a move" Mina still aiming at somewhere waiting for another noise.

Nayeon and Nerreri draw their sword and keep their defend position.

(bushes noise)

Mina releases an arrow at Chaeyoung direction and it slides behind Chaeyoung's back.

'Agh!' a groan was heard from the bush.

We are getting Ambushed!!

A dark shadow jumps onto Mina, and both of them fall, He forcefully pushes the knife while Mina holds with both of her hands, Nayeon jumps down from her horse and runs to kick hard to that unknown attacker then pierce his stomach before he could get up from the ground.

(bushes noise)

Chaeyoung felt a slight pain in her left shoulder and wonder why. Mina keeps drawing arrows and release as fast as she can to the several sources of the noises, her hands are slightly trembling to fight the pain in her left arm due to the fall.

After several minutes of silence, they start to approach each of the dead body, uncover their mask, but their face is unrecognizable, Mina noticed a falcon embroidered on their cloth.

Seven, Luckily it's only seven men they sent.

"It's the Black Falcon clan, Let's hurry up and go as fast as we can," said Mina in a serious tone.

They get on their own horse and rush to the Son Kingdom as fast as possible.

They arrive at the palace safely, Chaeyoung doesn't want to disturb anyone, not telling her father right now since it's getting late, everyone should be resting at this time. Nayeon and Nererri excuse themselves, taking away the horses to the stable. Then Nayeon washes off the blood from her sword, she looked down at the sword and sighed as she wiping it off. Something is in her mind, bothering her or just worried.

"Sleep at my place, Mina" "sleep with me," said Chaeyoung innocently.

W-what? sleep together???

"W-why should I?" Mina stuttered, her mind messed up.

"Yes, umm, what if you or me get ambushed again? Two has a better life chance than one" Chaeyoung randomly said that.
