Teddy Bear (SamxReader)

"Sam!" You yelled while running up to said man who looked down at you confused. "Yes?" He asked you and your smile only grew. "Can I get it?" You asked him with a small puppy pout going on. In your hands was a small teddy bear. You and Sam had been told to grab some supplies and you happened to find it.

"Y/N…is it really necessary?" He asked and you nodded. "I need it!" You said while letting the childish pout play on your lips. You had always been one for people to call childish, and the hunters you’ve grown up with were used to it by now you hoped. "Listen we don’t have much money and we still have a lot of things we need to buy." Sam reasoned although by now you already were starting the water works.

"Y/N…" He said while moving his hands over to your shoulders and looking you in the eyes, "We don’t have the money, maybe next time." He explained. "Promise?" You asked while holding up a pinkie. "Promise." He said and intwined his pinkie with yours. 

With that the two of you guys had continued on shopping and went back to the bunker in peace. You ran over to your bed and jumped on it while looking over at your sketchbook and you decided to start doodling some random things.

"Y/N?" Dean said from your door and you yelled out it was open. "Hey, um Sammy and I got a lead in a town not far from here but we’ll be gone for a couple days. Will you be fine by yourself?" He asked. "Yes…but why can’t I come with?" You asked him.

"It’s a bit of a risky type of thing, not your average monster." He said and you frowned. You loved the boys to death but if it was something even remotely strong they always had you stay behind. "Fine…" You mumble before he left the room. An hour later and everyone was gone from the bunker.

It was a long week before they had returned and the moment they walked through the door you jumped onto them in a giant hug. “Welcome back!” You yelled in a happy voice and you felt them part your back in an awkward hug. “Ya, we’re back.” Dean said and Sam just smiled over at you. It was around one in the morning but since Dean had called you earlier that day that they would be back soon you didn’t sleep.

"Why are you awake?" Sam asked. "Well once I heard that you’d be back I couldn’t sleep!" You said in a happy voice before yawning and realizing how tired you were. "Carry me to my bed, Moose." You said while holding out your arms. Sam sighed at your childish antics but picked you up anyway.

"Night Dean." you called as you turned the corner. Sam took you to your room and put you on the bed. "I picked something up for you when we were away." Sam said and you smiled wondering what it was. "I’ll be right back." Sam said and quickly left, only to come back a moment later with a giant brown teddy bear with a flannel shirt on.

"Sam!" You said with a happy voice, looking at the bear that was even better than the one at the store. "I thought you’d like this and I gave it one of my shirts so it would be different from the others…" Sam said and you ran up and pecked him on the cheek. "This is perfect!" You said as he blushed while moving a hand to where you kissed it.

"Okay well goodnight, Y/N." Sam said and you nodded before he left the room. You jumped into your bed with bear in hand and cuddled into it. It smelled like Sam and you eventually fell asleep rather comfortably. It was a good night.
