Tin POV

When I entered class, I found that Pete was being bothered by some girls that are our classmates, I told them to get lost. Pete does not know how to say no and that's a problem, especially if I think about that guy from the Thai Program ...

- Tin, you shouldn't have say that. -He reproached me.
- Why, did I said something bad?
- No, but you shouldn't say that kind of things. -I snorted and looked away-. Before, people used to love you.
- They wanted me for my money and my last name.
- It's not like that! not everyone is like that!
- Seriously? -I asked sarcastically-. Do you say it for the kid from the Program?

It surprised me a little. Beneath my expressionless face, something stirred. Pete is usually good and has a cordial treatment with everyone, but this time it is almost as if he had become angry. It was not a normal reaction, this reaction had ... Emotions. And that, attached to "Thai program guy" only means headache.

After leaving class he continued:

Yesterday was one of those days where I arrived late to practice. P'No was so mad, he made us ran, lots of round to the football pitch before starting the warm up. I was tired and I felt exploited. I couldn't let the same thing happen today.

Today, luckily, Good (who is always there for me), bought me a lollipop and my spirits rose. We were walking, enjoying our candy when I saw a scene that caught my attention: A handsome guy, in an expensive car had a very pretty girl pulling him by the arm, asking for something.

- Oh, Good! She is a very pretty girl and that is an expensive car ...

Then I looked at my lollipop and enlightened myself. I have to confess that I don't always have brilliant ideas, but this one could be one of them.

- If I offer him a sweet, will he take me home? -I put my empty hand on Good's face-. Don't answer, at least I hope to be rich in my next life and buy all the food I want.

What happened next was unexpected: the boy rejected her.

How handsome you should be to reject a girl like that? Oh! Damn! He was an idiot! I stayed for a long time thinking about the jerk of the car.

Tin POV

I was on campus, doing a job on my notebook. It became late. My brother, Tul, called me to go home, claiming that there was an important dinner and that they should have my presence (although that is against his wishes). Normally I would not go, but this morning I heard my mother talking about dinner. I saved everything in a hurry and left reluctantly.

It's amazing how someone can make me so bitter. The rest of the people have no effect on me. I do not mind what they say, nor do I feel identified by their false compliments, but my brother ... It was so much pain that he made me feel, that I am vulnerable. I will never fall into one of his traps again, and I will never trust anyone. I do not think there is any way I can ever love myself and stop feeling pain and shame every time the malefic Tul speaks to me.

Can POV

It was late, I was tired and as always, I was hungry and Good too. We happened to find P'No and P'Type. I ran immediately and threw myself on top of P'No.

- P'Nooooooooo.

Good went to do the same with P'Type but he was not so lucky.

- Stop there! -P'Type said as he put a hand to stop him-. Sit here, Ai Good. -He motioned for me to take a seat next to him.
- Come on, P'No, I'm hungry. -I complained-. How can you not hear my stomach? -I took P'Type's hand and placed it on my belly-. Tell him!
- You always say that Ai Can is your favorite. -P'Type confessed, laughing while looking at P'No.
- When did I said that? -P'No asked.
- We want to eat.
- Are you going to leave these poor children hungry? -I pouted. I released P'No and I sat next to Good.

When changing places, I had a view to a very busy passage and there I saw it: the idiot of the car. He looked very worried, with a marked gesture on his eyebrows.

Why does he have that face? What can have him so worried about?

- It's funny, -I said-. Why wouldn't you enjoy life? -I asked myself, the others were looking at me strangely-. My mom always says we should be optimistic and I think she's right.

We ate, we had a nice moment. But when I returned home ... I couldn't erase the image of that boy and that look of dismay. Ay Can! What are you thinking about?

I woke up by inertia. I went to class and it happened: Pete put that face on. That expression that people put when they want to get away from me. He looked at me a few seconds suspiciously. I was afraid, afraid that the only person who treated me as a human would run away from me ...

- If you don't want to sit next to me, you can sit wherever you feel like. -I said reluctantly. It's not that I want to make him go away, never! but I do not know how to behave.
-That's not it, Tin. -Pete was still standing next to me, a little suspicious but finally sat down. I was relieved immediately.
- What's up, Pete? Is it because of the guy from the Program?
- Better not talk about that, Tin.
- As you wish. Anyway, I will never change my opinion about them. -I still don't understand how someone like him can waste time with those poor kids of the Thai Program.
