Can POV

Of course I was stunned after that confession, it was something unimaginable. I came home (I don't know what time or how), I sat on the backyard to take a breath and ...

— P'Caaaaan! —It was Lay.

I was terribly scared and thought I was going to die of a heart attack.

—I don't care what you went through today, —she said, and then sat next to me. She got sweet and add—: Have you already got me a picture of P'Tin?

Seriously? Today? Right now?

— Ehhh ... Not yet.

— I'll give you a week. —She raised her demanding index finger— or I will ask for it.

— No way!

— Why?

— Because I say so!

— Then go and get me that picture!

The thing had already risen. We were both standing and almost shouting at each other.

— Okay, —I said and surrendered— I will do it.

— For real?  —asked my happy sister.

— Yes.

That means that even if I don't want to ... I'll have to see him. I sat down, because I felt defeated. I took a deep breath and remembered that Lay always reads those romantic comics of boys. She has to know something, right?

— Hey Lay ... —She was already leaving but stopped— Can ... A boy invite another boy to a date?

She opened her eyes immediately, came back and sat next to me.

— Who? How? When? —She took my wrist— Tell me everything now!

Oops ... Maybe it wasn't a good idea.

— They ... Err ... They are friends ...

— What friends?! Do I know them? —She didn't let me finish.

— I ... Ya ... They are friends of friends. —What did I get into ...

— It's normal for boys to go out with boys today. —She said nonchalantly— and tell your friend that if a boy invites him out ... Do not reject him immediately. Because it could hurt the feelings of those who invite him out.

— But then, it's not strange, right?

— Nooo, not at all!

I kept reflecting on what Lay said, I think it helped me to talk to her. Maybe I shouldn't turn him down... Maybe ... The best thing is to go out on a date with him.

Tin POV

I think I'm going crazy. No, I already am ... Cantaloupe ...

I don't know what to think ... I'm dying to see him. But honestly I don't know how he will react, I don't know when he will be ready to see me ...

There was a knock at the door. It was Nong Phu.

— Uncle Tin —he smiled— let's watch a movie with dad, do you want to watch it?

The truth is that no, because I am not interested in any activity that involves my hateful older brother. But Can got me so mad ... I need to put my head somewhere else while I wait for news from the silly boy.

 — Ok, let's go.

We went down to our small private movie theater and my brother was surprised to see me.

—  Why do we have the pleasure of you, honoring us with your presence, little brother? — Of course he said it sarcastically, but it was just the three of us; My nephew did not understand.

I looked badly at Tul and he smiled. He knows that if I say nothing, it is because I am so bad that I prefer to sacrifice myself and go with him than being alone in my room.

The movie was animated. It's not my style, but it was just "Peter and the Wolf." I like it, I like to think that Tul is Peter and that someday his lies will sink him. Of course, the animated version we saw with my nephew had a happy ending, but Libra deserves no happy endings. I only feel sorry for my nephew; Nong Phu is really a very good kid.

Can POV

I spent the whole day thinking about what Lay said: I shouldn't refuse a boy the first time he tells me to go out and ... My sister wants a picture of the moron.

I don't have Tin's phone ... So I turned to Pete. I took courage and made the call:

"Hi?"

"Hi Pete, could you please tell Tin I want to see him?"

"Why don't you tell him?"

"I don't want to call him!"

"But if you miss him, you should call him"

"No! Who said that? I don't miss him ... He invited me out"

Pete was surprised and I heard a small chuckle from the other side of the phone. Great Can, great, Tin is right when he calls you stupid.

"Really? In that case, I call Tin right away"

Hung up.

I covered my mouth and collapsed on the floor. Ah Cantaloupe! Why are you so dumb? Why can't you think before you speak?

Pete called me.

"Tin says he'll see you tomorrow at 11am in Siam Square and said if you want to change something, you're going to have to call him and talk to him."

Ai Dictator! Well no, it doesn't look anything like any dictator ...

Tin POV

My brother's best friend, Rock, had arrived so he went to wait for him at the airport. They haven't seen each other in a while. My sister-in-law, Wadee,  had gone on a business trip, so I stayed with Nong Phu. It was already late and he had gone to bed in my chair. Since he had fallen asleep I think about Can again. Pete called me.

"Hello Tin, Can told me that he wants to go out with you but he doesn't want your number, that's why he made me call you"

My heart was filled with joy upon hearing that. I didn't scream like a teenage girl in a kpop concert just because Nong Phu was sleeping. But at any moment I think I could fly from how light my heart feels.

"Good. Tell him that I see him tomorrow at 11 o'clock at Siam Square and if he wants to change something, he's going to have to call me."

"Okayyy. Goodbye"

I thank Pete for being so good. No one else would bear to be in the middle of this situation.
