Busy ang lahat dahil sa dadating na ball. Halos magkandarapa naman ang mga prinsesa sa isang dorm dahil sa pagmamadali.

"Janna! Bilisan mong magbihis! Susunod ako!"

"Malapit na!"

While on the part, they're just calm.

Naka-higa lang si Blythe sa kama while reading a book. Ayaw niyang u-mattend ng ball. It's not really her thing attending to parties. Dadalo lamang siya pag kailangan o importante.

"Blythe! What do you think you're doing?"

Blythe looked at her innocently. "Uhm... reading a book?"

"Get up, Blythe! Kailangan mong u-mattend. Once a year lamang 'to, Blythe. Dont missed the chance!"

"I hate parties, Ellen."

Tiningnan siya ni Ellen ng may nanunudyong labi. "Is that really the reason, Blythe? O baka naman...." She wiggled her eyebrows. "May iba pa."

Blythe closed the book at tiningnan siya ng may pagtataka. "What do you mean by may iba pa?"

"Kasi hindi mo ka-partner si Mykel? And you're jealous kasi si Zamirah ang ka-partner niya at hindi ikaw."

Masama niyang tiningnan si Ellen at inis na tumayo mula sa pagkakahiga. "I'm not!"

"Okay, sabi mo e." Tumalikod si Ellen na may ngisi sa labi. Akmang hahakbang na sana siya ng marinig niyang magsalita si Blythe.

"I'll attend that fucking ball and I'll prove it to you that I'm not fucking jealous!"

Ngumiti siya ng matamis. "Then dressed up!"

Inirapan muna niya si Ellen bago umupo sa harapan ng malaking salamin. She hates attending parties and her friends know that. Tonight, she'll prove it to Ellen that she's not jealous.

Mabilis niyang pinilig 'yong ulo niya para mawala 'yon sa isipan niya. Alam niyang hindi siya nagseselos. But every time she closed her eyes and imagined Mykel's hands on Zamirah's waist, Mykel's eyes locked on Zamirah's eyes, Mykel smiling and laughing with Zamirah and the worst part is Mykel hugging and kissing Zamirah... tore her heart in to pieces.

Okay, fine. I'm a little bit hurt.

She closed her eyes for a seconds, trying to remove those imaginations of hers. When she opened her eyes, she saw Ellisa standing at the back of her, smiling. Ito ang mag aayos sa buhok niya while Ellen is the one who'll put her make up on. Ellisa started to braid her hair habang siya naman ay nakatingin lamang sa sarili niyang repleksyon sa salamin.

After a half of hour ay natapos na din 'yong buhok niya. Hinawakan ni Ellisa 'yong magkabilang balikat niya at tiningnan ang repleksyon niya sa salamin then smiled.

"Ang ganda mo, Blythe." Ellen said ng may halong paghahanga ang boses nito. She smiled to Ellen and mouthed 'thank you'. Thanks to Ellisa for making her hair like that.

Umalis si Ellisa sa likuran niya at pumalit naman nito si Ellen. Kanina pa tapos si Ellisa and Ellen sa buhok at make-up nila. At ngayon naman ay si Blythe ang inaayosan nila para sabay na silang mag palit ball gown.

Inikot ni Ellen 'yong swivel chair at pinaharap ito sa kanya. Sinimulan na niyang lagyan ng make-up si Blythe sa mukha. It's just a light make-up kasi maputi naman si Blythe at bumagay ito sa kaputian niya. Blythe closed her eyes at hinayaan si Ellen na maglagay ng kong anu-ano sa mukha niya, may tiwala siya rito.
