Hope

We were standing outside of the Academy. I hope we will found that blanket because I don't know if I can handle an other mistake. We walked through the Academy without talking. It was too hard for both of us. Magnus knocked the door. We could just went inside but we both thought that it would be best if nobody knew that we are here. As I excepted she opened the door.

'' What are you doing? You didn't tell me that you would come.'' She said. Magnus quietly went inside and closed the door. And whispered at her ear. She nodded and we followed her to her room.

'' What's going on, Magnus? What's all this about.'' She asked.

'' We need your help, Catarina.'' And Magnus told her what happened. We stopped couple of times to let her proses.

'' I am really sorry. I'll help you. You can trust me. I'll take couple days off.'' She said. It was really sweet of her.

'' No. You never take you time off. They will suspect that something is going on. It is best that you stay here. Just don't tell anyone that we came. We'll find the blanket. But I am too tired to open a portal. Can we sleep here, tonight?'' He asked. I was going to refuse but it wont help Max if Magnus is tired.

'' Sure. As long as you need. Take your time.'' She said.

'' Thanks I will. (He looked at me and smiled.) We will.'' He said but he turned when he was going to leave.

'' You know that Ragnor will be proud of you after everything you have done for here after him.'' He said. He is right. She really have changed a lot as I heard it before.

'' I can't understand how he did it. Sometimes I want to reap myself.'' She said.

'' You are doing great. Trust me.'' I said. Many teachers are happy about her lectures.

'' Thanks. Call me if you need anything else?'' She said.

'' We will.'' I said. Then we went the room quietly and real slowly. I think that we won't handle the situation if we can't find that blanket. Finally we went to the room. Magnus stopped me before I opened the door. And smiled. With is hole love.

'' If we can't find that we will deal with it together. Like we start.'' He said. And he hold my hand.

'' Definitely.'' I said and opened the door. We searched everywhere and couldn't find it. I had faith. Now everything blow up. But Magnus was pissed. He threw sofa across the room and brake the table. If I didn't stop him, he would broke the windows too.

'' Hey! Calm down! Look at me! Magnus look at me!'' I said and turned his face to me with holding his face with my both hands.

'' Hey! Like we said, we are going to face the problem together.'' I said.

'' How can I, Alexander? I am done. I am exhausted. Even if they stopped the war. We can't know what Seelies might do to him. They can never give our baby back.'' He said.

'' No! We will find him. We don't need anyone. Not Jace not Izzy not Catarina. We can. If Tessa can't find it, we will make a deal with them.'' I said. And I don't believe I did. I never thought that I would against the rules directly.

'' If the Clave can't reach an agreement with them, it will against the rules.'' He said.

'' I know and don't care. I can't wait here for Clave's decision. They can make a decision to leave Max there. I can't.'' I said. Magnus thought about it.

'' Fine. If she can't find it, I'll get in touch with Meliorn. But can we lie down for a bit. I need to be awake if we'll see them.'' He said and pulled me to bed. We lie down next to each other.

'' Everything is going to be ok...'' But I couldn't finish my sentence because Magnus got of bed with excitedly.

'' I found it! I found it!'' He said happily.

'' What?'' I asked. Could it be?

'' I know where we forgot the blanket. (He pulled me to door.) Come with me! You'll see!'' We ran down. I am sure that everyone would wake up because of our heavy foot steps.

'' Slow down, Magnus. You'll wake them up.'' I said.

'' We need to go fast.'' He said. He opened the gate door and went out. I still don't understand what are we doing here. But finally we got there and unbelievably it was there. After a year later it was still there.

'' How can it be still here?'' I asked. It was a secret place where Shadowhunters came here with their partners secretly before. It has got a bench and a swing. Yes, a swing isn't a thing for Shadowhunters. Magnus put that when he needed to find a way to stop Max's cries. And it is still there. Magnus ran to swing and get it immediately and smelled it. I couldn't move because it was too good to be true. What if Max's track isn't their anymore because someone touched it. But I finally went there because waiting is worse then disappointment.

'' Can you track it down?'' I asked with fear. He looked me in eye and smiled.

'' I can. I need to sleep. I don't have any energy. And I know that you said you want us to do this alone but I want Tessa to help us too. Is it okay to you?'' He asked.

'' Sure is. I just want to sleep so we can wake up to find him.'' I said. I want to find him now and hold him tight but we both have no use if we are both mess.

'' Let's go then.'' And we went back.
