Chapter 2: Break Up?? Amy was still facing them, she noticed Sonic had his back to her and Sally was looking over his shoulder as she hugged him. Sally seen Amy and smiled, Amy couldn't take it anymore she turned around and ran away pushing through the crowd of towns people. Amy wanted to get away from there or she would explode with sadness and rage. Amy ran to the house and opened the door, she closed the door and leaned against it, breathing heavily, tears still flowing from her eyes. Amy eyes started to show rage and anger, she gritted her teeth and ran upstairs.- - -*Ring* *Ring*???:Hello???: Vanilla...?Vanilla: Yes?Amy: It's Amy...Vanilla: Oh Hello dear whats wrong?Amy smiled slightly, hiding her anger and sadness in her voice.Amy: I was wondering if...you could bring Shori back home from Nursary...I won't be there in time...Vanilla: Yes ofcourse... well I will let you go now Bye.Amy: Thanks... Bye. *Hung Up*Amys smile disappeared, she looked around at the now destroyed room, she tightened her grasp on her hammer. The mirror was smashed and there was cracks in the wall, Amy seen a picture of her and Sonic on the desk beside her bed. Amys eyes widened in anger, she raised her hammer above her head, and shot it down towards the picture, the picture frame broke and the glass smashed, the picture crumpled up. Amy fell to her knees, still holding her hammer. She stared at the floor, that's all she could do.- - -Sonic walked into his house, he noticed Amy coat on the couch, but Shoris wasn't there. "Amy! Where is Shori!? Did you forget to pick her up from Nursary!?" he shouted up the stairs but Amy didn't answer him, he was going to walk up stairs when he heard the door knock. Sonic walked over to the door, and opened it, he seen Vanilla and Shori. "Vanilla why did you bring back Shori..." Vanilla smiled at Sonic, "Amy called me and asked if I could pick up Shori from Nursary because she said she wouldn't make it..." Sonic laughed slightly, "Not likely I think she was too lazy...she is in the house somewhere..." Vanilla giggled, "Well I'm just glad I could help...Bye." Vanilla then walked away. Sonic looked down at Shori, Shori looked up at him, she smiled, "I'm back Daddy!" Sonics eyes widened, at the word Daddy, he still hadn't got used to being called that. Sonic moved out of the way of the door. Shori walked in and took of her coat, Sonic scratched his nose, and looked the other way, "Shori why don't you go to your room and play with your toys.Shori nodded and ran upstairs, Shori opened her bedroom door, but looked at her Mothers door, through the gap in the door she could see her mom sat on her bed hiding her face, Shori wanted to go and see if she was ok, but wanted to do what her dad told her to, so she walked into her bedroom.Sonic started walking up the stairs, he reached the door, he pushed it open. His eyes widened as he seen the state of the room, he noticed Amy sat on the bed, her knees up to her chest, her face hiden behind her knees. Sonic ran over to Amy, "Amy! What happened!? Did someone attack you!?" Amy lifted her head slightly, her long bangs covering one side of her face. "Shut up..." Sonic looked at her confused, "Wha-""Shut Up!!" Amy stood on her knees, and took hold of her hammer. Sonic looked at her with slight anger, "You destroyed our! Why!?" Amy just smiled, Sonic grabbed her shoulders and shook her slightly, Amy started laughing, "You think you can keep secrets from me..." Sonic was still confused, "W-What?" Amy stared into his eyes, "You don't love me do you Sonic?" The anger and curiousity in Amys eyes made chills run up and down Sonics spine. He couldn't look away, he then looked at her with serious eyes, "I-I Do Love You!" Amy gritted her teeth in anger, "LIAR!" Sonic stepped back slighty, "I'm not!" Amy faced down, "T-Then...why were you out everyday til late at night..." Tears formed in Amy eyes, "Why were you...kissing Sally!" Amy looked at him, trying to show as much anger in her eyes, but the tears made her look upset. Sonic was then shot with guilt, he looked down at the floor, "I don't know..." Amys hands turned to fists, "It's because you don't love me! Isn't it!?" Sonic was hurt, Amy showed him her ring finger, "When you proposed to me...You said you loved me...and that I was perfect for you..." Sonic looked at her with sad eyes.Amys tears fell faster, "Was it...a lie?" Sonic looked at her shocked, he placed his hands on her shoulders, "No It wasn't a lie! I did love you then and I do now!" Amy moved away from him and walked over to the bedroom door, "then why were kissing Sally!!" Sonics hands turned to fists, "I DON'T KNOW IT JUST HAPPENED!!" Amys eyes widened, she ran down stairs. Sonic ran after her, Shori heard all the shouting and walked out her room door and stood at the top of the stairs. Sonic grabbed Amys arm, "Amy I'm sorry! I didn't mean to hurt you!" Amy turned and faced him, "What about Shori! She hasn't been able to spend time with you! because you were with that Bitch Sally!!" Sonic moved his hand away from Amy, "Yeah! Well maybe I didn't want Shori!!" Amys eyes widened in shock. Shori looked down with sad eyes, she ran into her room and slammed the door. Sonic and Amy heard the door slam, Amy looked at Sonic with anger in her eyes, she slapped him across the face, "How dare you! even if you didn't want Shori! I did! I love Shori so much! Even if she is yours or not!"Sonic held his cheek, and looked at Amy, "Well no one asked me how I felt about you having 'my' baby too!" Amys tears fell faster, "because you weren't there! You left me all alone! with a child what did you want me to do run around looking for you! I couldn't do that!" Sonic looked down, he started walking towards the door, "or is it because you want Sally to have your children...." Sonic turned and looked at her shocked. Amy looked at the floor with her back to Sonic, "Like it or not Sonic...she is your daughter..." Sonic opened the front door, "Yeah that I never asked for..." Amy smiled slightly, "Fine..." Sonic ran off.Amy walked up stairs, to Shoris room. Amy walked in, she seen Shori hiding her face in her pillow, Amy sat next to Shori, "Shori..." Shori sat up from her pillow, her cheeks her red and tears flowing from her eyes. Amy looked at her with sad eyes, Shori rested her head on Amys lap. Shori cried harder, "D-Daddy!...didn't want me...I'm...nothing to Daddy!..." Amy stroked Shoris short quills, "That's not true...you will always be important to me...Shori..." Shori looked up at Amy, "really..." Amy smiled and nodded. Shori smiled slightly, "Then Mommy was glad I was born..." Amy hugged Shori close, "Ofcourse..."Shori hid her face in Amys shoulder, "Mommy...I don't want to stay here anymore..." Amy nodded, "I know..."Amy grabbed her suitcase and filled it with her and Shori clothes, Shori ran around downstairs grabbing her bag, and putting on her coat, mittens and scarf. Amy brought the suitcase downstairs, and got on her coat. She took hold of Shoris hand, "Lets go Shori..." Shori, nodded, "I wanted to stay with you Mommy..." Amy nodded, they walked out the door, leaving a cold and empty house behind. Amy looked back at the house, she smiled slightly at the memories she had in the house, her and Sonic messing around, their friends and them hanging out, Amy mostly remembered going into labour in the house, strangely enough. Amy giggled at the memories, Shori looked at Amy, "Mommy..." Amy smiled."Don't worry Shori...I was just remembering the good times we had..." Amy and Shori started walking down the street, Shori noticed small flakes of white falling from the sky. Shori looked up at the sky, "It's snowing..." Amy looked up and smiled, "Yeah it is...we better hurry before it gets worse..." Shori nodded and they started walking again.- - -Sonic walked over to the front door, he opened it and walked in. He had to clear his head, he walked over to the table, he noticed a note, he picked it up and started it reading it.Dear Sonic,You got your wish...You don't have Shori anymore...or me.GoodBye Sonic the Hedghog.Sonics eyes widened, he looked at the table, he seen Amys wedding ring on the table. Sonic picked it up, he remebered all the times he said he loved her and how she was so perfect for him but, in the end he lost her, because he slept with Sally.Sonic dropped the letter and ran upstairs, he opened one of the bedroom doors, "Shori-!" he walked in and noticed Shoris clothes were all gone, he ran into his bedroom, and seen all of Amy clothes gone too. Sonic sighed, he walked out the room, he then felt something on under his foot, he looked under his foot. He fell to his knees, as he slowly took hold of Shoris favourite teddy bear. Tears started forming in his eyes, he lost his one and only daughter. He lost his wife, he had nothing. Even though he said he didn't want Shori, he never really meant it, Sonic didn't know what he had until he lost it. Memories of him and Shori came to his mind, he remembered him, Shori and Amy at the park, and on the trip, the one memory he really remembered was him cuddling Shori after her birth. Sonic held her teddy close, he cried harder, he shook his head not wanting to accept what had happened, but it was true.Sonic the Hedgehog had nothing...he felt so empty inside...no love of his life...and no daughter...he had lost everything.
