Chapter 6: Amys tears, Sonics PleadAmy, Sonia and Shori arrived at the park, Shori ran over to the slide laughing. Sonia and Amy sat on a bench, Sonia looked at Amy, "Why aren't you with Sonic anymore..." Amy closed her eyes, "because...he cheated on me..." Sonia looked at her shocked, "why would he do that..." Amy smiled slightly, "Maybe because he doesn't love me...?" Sonia smiled, "That can't be true...I'm sure he really loves you..." Amy watched as Shori played in the park, "Then why...would he sleep with Sally...if he did love me..." Sonia shrugged, "I don't know...but..." Amy looked at Sonia, Sonia looked at Amy, "do you still love him...?"Sonic was running around the city, his eyes widened at who he saw in the distance, he thought he would never see them again, until he saw them in the park. Sonic found Amy and Shori, Sonic ran and hid behind a tree, listening to Amy and Sonias conversation.Amy looked down and then looked at Shori, "I..." Amy sighed, "I do still love him..." Sonic heard this and smiled, "But..." Sonics smile disappeared he looked around the tree, and seen tears in Amys eyes, Amy closed her tightly, "but...I can't trust him anymore...when we got married I thought that...he would love me forever...but he lied...didn't he!?..." Amy looked at Sonia, Sonia closed her eyes, "I don't know..." Sonic took a deep breath, and walked out away from the tree, "I never lied...I did love you then..." Amys eyes widened, she stood up from the bench and turned around, to find a very apologetic hedgehog, with lonliness in his eyes. Sonic smiled slightly, "and...I still do..." Amy didn't know what to say, here he was saying he still loved her, even though he slept with Sally. Shori looked over at her Mom and seen her dad, Sonic. Shori ran over to Amy, but Sonia took hold of Shori. Shori looked at Amy with sad eyes. Sonic seen Shori and smiled, "Shori..." Sonic started walking over to her, Amy stood infront of him, "I won't let you go near her..." Sonic looked at her hurt, "Why not! she is my Daughter too!-"Amy gritted her teeth in anger, "YEAH THAT YOU SAID YOU NEVER WANTED!!" Sonic stepped back slightly, Amy stared at him with dull, angry eyes. Shori moved away from Sonias grasp and ran over to Amy. Amys tears fell faster, Amy fell to her knees, crying her heart out. Sonic looked down at Amy, hurting inside, he never realised how much he really hurt her. Sonic walked over to her and kneeled down, he hesitated at first, he then slowly wrapped his arms around her."I'm so sorry...Please...I want you back..." Sonic said as tears slowly appeared in his eyes. Amy was shocked, she didn't know what to do, she did still love him, but she didn't know if she could trust him, and he also hurt Shori, by saying he never wanted her.Amy then knew what she had to do, she moved away from him, "I'm sorry Sonic but..." Amy stood up, and lifted Shori, "I can't trust you anymore..." Sonic stood up shocked, Shori never looked at her Dad, not once. Shori hid her face in Amys coat, her small tears started falling. Sonic looked at his daughter, who was hiding away from him, "Shori...you will listen to Daddy won't you..." Shoris tears fell faster, "D-Daddy...didn't want me..." Amy hugged Shori, Sonic felt his heart shatter into a million pieces, as his daughter cried because of him. Sonic walked over to them, "Shori you know...Daddy didn't mean it...right?" Shori tried hiding again, if it was even possible. Sonic noticed that Shori was hiding away from him, Amy then ran off with Shori in her arms. Sonic wasn't going to give up, he ran after her. Sonia stayed in the park, watching them run off, there was nothing she could do, it was there problem not hers. Amy ran as fast as she could away from him, she ran through the city until she reached the hotel. Sonic seen the hotel that she ran into, 'so this is where she has been hiding...' Amy ran into the elevator, she reached the top floor, and ran to her room. She opened the door and quickly, Blaze was back in the room, Blaze was startled by the sudden burt through the door, Amy handed Shori over to Blaze.Amy quickly closed the door and slid down the door, crying. Blaze walked into the bedroom, and lay Shori down on the bed, Shori was still crying. Shori hid under the covers, Blaze walked over to Amy and hugged her. Blaze suddenly heard banging on the door, "Amy! Amy! we need to sort this out! Please!!" Blaze recognised that voice anywhere, it was Sonics. Amy ran over to the sofa, Blaze opened the door, Sonic then walked in. Amy covered her face with her hands, Sonic crossed his arms, "Please talk to me..."
