On The Cold Night

He heard a very faint groan. It sounded like a girl. He took  off his bag silently and walked a little more. He made his cat like instinct to see a bit more to to the darkness which he successfully did. He saw a skin with a dark figure around what looks like a neck. He widened his eyes. 'That is someone wearing something like sleveless and  theres a darker figure behind him...and on his neck...and mouth!' He throw his phone to his left to confirm if the circle figure above the person is a head. The moment his scene made a sound, the circle figure moved. That is when he punched it and it groaned. He took what he guess an arm away from it and strated punching and hitting the guy in a black long sleeve in his face and stomach though he can't see well. When the person become out of his grip, he looked around until he felt a stinging pain in his left jaw. He then started kicking elsewhere untill he hit him again then suddenly, he was blinded by a sudden light. He looked at it and found Soomi holding his phone with the torch on. He is still looking at Soomi when he hit the guy's nose. He backed away and he took him by his collar. "What the fuck did you do?" he asked the guy who is now blooded.

"I...I didn't mean dude. Okay-" he failed to finish his sentence when Leo hit him again in the face causing Soomi to scream.

"That's not the right answer. Get in and locked the door." he said and shook his keys to Soomi who nod her head. He dragged the guy untill two guards caught them.

"Hey what is that?" one of them asked alarmed. Leo throw the helpless guy harshly on the floor causing him to groan and curse him several times.

"This son of a bitch tried to rape a girl. I think he broke the lights to the hallway to my dorm so that no one will see him." he said. The officers were a bit shock with his words yet they understood. They are actually on their way to the said hallway after seeing the cctv camera showing a total darkness. "I'm sorry I can't come with you to the detention office. I need to handle the girl." he said. The officer raised his hand at him, signaling it's alright and with that, he rushed back to the dorm and locked it when he got in. He looked for Soomi but she's nowhere. He began calling her out loud, afraid that she went out untill the bathroom door caught his attention. It is slightly opened and the light is on. He run towards it and went in. There he saw Soomi curled up in a ball and shaking. He finally noticed that she is trying hard to pull her ripped uniform on but it'll still reveal her bare skin with only a bra covering her top. She got bruises on her shoulder which probably from the bastards hand forcing her not to resist. The thing that made his blood boil is the hickeys on her neck and collar bone. "Soomi, are you alright? D-did he touched you?" he asked but Soomi quickly backed away and shoved him away from her. She is screaming for him to get away and not to touch her. She stepped back untill she hit the wall. 'Damn it. She's in a panic.' He held her with her arms to stop her from resisting. "Soomi please, I need you to calm down. It's me." he said almost pleading but she keep hitting him in his chest and screaming. "Soomi it's just me Leo." Soomi then stopped and looked up at him. She started crying and hugged him so tight. He brushed her back and hushed her to soothe her. It took them five minutes before he suceeded in convincing her to come with him out of the bathroom. He sat her down on his bed and wrapped his blanket around her which she held tightly. He cooked a soup which didn't take too long. He feed her and tried to convince her to take her in her dorm but it only made her cry and shake again. He apologized and decided to just wait for Ravi to come home. She might listen to him. "O-okay. Stay there. I'll just t-take a shower." he stuttered as he realized that what he had just said sounded different. He rushed to the bathroom when he saw that she's blushing. 'At least she's getting back to normal' he thought.

Few minutes later...

Leo went out of the bathroom already dressed. He slightly tremble feeling the cold temperature. He took a button up shirt and a sweat pants from his wardrobe and walk over to her. "Get dressed first. It's too cold. You can use the bathroom." he said as he offered the clothes to her without even looking over her but she didn't respond nor took the clothes. He then looked at her and found that she's fast asleep. He shook her but she won't wake up. 'Geez. Is she really this hard to wake up.'  He shook her once more but she just stomped her feet like a kid. He shivered and saw that she's shivering too. 'Damn it. She'll catch a cold.' He then took a deep breath as he gathered all his courage and unbottoned half of her blouse since the upper part is already torn. He managed to took off her clothes and set it aside. He took a deep breath again before having the trouble of putting his button up shirt on her back and sticking her arms on the sleeve. He was waking her up a while ago but now he is careful not to wake her up knowing it would be awkward if she woke up at the moment that he's putting his clothes on her. He was about to start buttoning the shirt when Ravi suddenly opened the door and widened his eyes at the sight. He froze in his spot when Ravi broke the silence.

"WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING???" he yelled as he rushed towards him and pinned him to the wall with his hands on his shirt. Soomi woke up at the moment and saw the scene.

"Calm down Ravi. I'm just dressing her-"
"Don't give me that shit Leo. Why would you do that? You can't even touch her-"
"Because she nearly got raped!" he now shouted at him. He stopped and turned to Soomi who is crying again. The sight of two men fighting in front of her reminds her of the scene. The two boys rushed to her and tried to calm her. Leo looked away. "S-sorry. I did that without your permission. It's getting colder and you're really hard to wake up." he explained making her realized her unbottoned shirt. She gasped and quickly closed the shirt to cover herself. Ravi, after realizing it, also looked away. He saw Leo's furious expression and he felt guilty. There is a bruise on his right lip and he thought that he's really telling the truth. He assumed that he fought for her.

"I...I'm sorry Leo-"
"Let's go outside and give her time ro get dressed." he said as he walked out of the dorm. Ravi sighed and followed him. Leo leaned against the wall. He got really mad at Ravi for accusing him. Ravi then stood in front of him walking back and fourth.

"I didn't know okay?" he started.

"And not knowing is enough to make assumtions?" he replied leaving Ravi speachless. "Look just how scared she got....Ravi, don't be too impulsive.....I had a rough day, okay?" he calmed a bit as he took a deep breath. Ravi frowned at him but he won't see in the dimness. 'Why is he suddenly speaking as if he cared so much to her? I also spotted them awhile ago together. What is really going on with him? Is he starting to like her-' "I'm tired. Let's get her back to her dorm. She's traumatized and freaked out when I suggest her to bring her home. Maybe you could help." he said. Ravi nodded and they knocked on the door. "Soomi, are you done?" Leo asked. Against his knowledge, Ravi is observing him.

"Yes. You may enter now." she replied. They went in and found her wearing Leo's clothes that are too large to her. Leo walked towards her and adjusted her clothes to make it easy for her to move. Ravi watched as he did. He looked away and sighed.

"Soomi listen." Soomi nodded. "You need to be back to your dorm. Your roommate might be worried about you. Ravi will take you there safely, is that okay?" he asked. Soomi nod her head. "Good. Now don't force yourself to talk about it to anyone if it gives you discomfort." she nod again. "Ravi." he called and he raised his brows. "Please take her safely to her dorm. I'll just handle the freak in the detention room." he said.

"No problem." he said as he walked out of the door with Soomi who stopped midway.

"L-Leo." she called with a small tear on the corner of her eyes.

"Hmm?" Leo hummed.

"T-thank you." she said. Leo just smiled at her. Ravi started to hate the idea of Leo liking her back.

"You mean he will be expelled?" he asked shocked with the descision.

"Yes. Based from your story and description of the harm that he did to her, it is enough proof that he don't deserve to stay. We will contact his parents later and asked to take him tommorow. Make sure to tell the victim to meet me here tomorrow after class."

"Yes ma'am" Leo grinned at the thought that the asshole is leaving the school. He went home and found Ravi staring into space. He didn't even looked him when he glanced at him. He went straight to his bed and closed his eyes. 'That's it Leo. You like Soomi. You didn't like Ravi. He's a guy and also you. That is definitely wrong and if it's Soomi, it will be right. She likes you. There's nothing wrong with liking her back.' He smiled when he thought that the crisis in his mind has been solved as he admitted to himself that he likes Soomi. Ravi on the other hand stared at his back that is facing him. He turned all the lights off and lay on his bed. He left his table lamp on to be able to see Leo. 'Then what if he really come to like her too? What will I do?....of course I won't sulk like a kid. Shouldn't I be happy that he is starting go live a normal life now? That he is exploring things beyond his shell? That's what I've been wanting for right?....guess it's fine as long as he is able to protect her. He even proved how capable he is even now that they're not yet together.'

Okay. I know this part is so short. Anyway, I am now at the chapter 52 of this book because It's been a long time since when I started this book. Sorry for Hyogi's wrong nickname 😂I just like to wirte it like 'Hyuggie'. 😆. I hope you'll like this story. Because If you don't, then I'll just stop updating it 😂😂😂. Okay bye. 😚
