On The Cold Night

Ken, Hongbin and Leo watched another horror movie using Ken's laptop. Leo insisted that he us feeling better and sat beside them on their futon. They made the clinic like a hideout of kids who loves watching movies at night. Since the movie is scary, being scardy cats, they screamed and cling to one another the whole time. And when it's really late, they stopped the second movie and decided to sleep. Leo patted the head of the two Lee and brushed his hand on their heads.

"Appa seems like he wants to watch us until we fall asleep." Hongbin joked.

"Let him be. Let's pretend we're small children just for tonight." Ken said. He thought Leo is just in a clingy and sentimental mode so he want to let him do what he wants. Leo smiled to himself. The lights are already off so the others can't see clearly. He stayed by their side and keep making physical touches like patting them lightly. Brushing their backs and humming beautifully. The two fell asleep soon and Leo found out about that when they're not moving anymore. He smiled to himself then tears began.

He wiped his tears but small sobs started escaping his mouth. He watched the two like a father preparing to leave for war. How am I supposed to survive without your support and love? Can I make it without you?

Ken opened his eyes when Leo sat on the stool beside rhw window, watching the wind blew the leaves of the trees which are lit by the lamp posts outside. Hongbin also opened his eyes and saw that Ken is awake as well. They both communicate with just their eyes and both understand that they have the same question. What is going on with Leo?

Hakyeon with his arms across his chest stared at Leo. Leo went after Ken and Hongbin when they got up to leave. The two tried to stop him but he insisted that he was permitted by Dr. Bae.

"The last time you talked with Dr. Bae was after lunch yesterday. How will he permit you to leave just this morning?" Leo sighed.

"I did yesterday. After lunch." he replied.

"Taekwoon. I don't care if you're in a hurry but your health comes first." he said. Hyuk took a sip from the latte Leo made for them to prevent Hakyeon from getting mad but he still did.

"He must've really did asked for his permission, eomma. After I leave, Dr. Bae did went there after me. I also heard he was scolded by him." Hyuk said.

"I won't believe until Dr. Bae tell me himself." Leo rolled his eyes then pull out his phone and started dialing the number. After some ring, Leo put the call on loud speaker then greeted the man.

"Hello. Dr. Bae."

"Hello Taekwoon. How are you?"

"I'm feeling much better now that you allow me to rest at my friends dorm." He then gave the elder a 'hear that?'. Hakyeon was surprised he snatched the phone away from Leo and put it on his ears.

"Hello, Dr. Bae. This is Cha Hakyeon. Taekwoon's guardian." Leo bowed hus head with a small smile. He us ashamed at Hakyeon yet felt extremely touched that he presented himself as hus guardian. Dr. Bae could be hear smirking on the other line. "Did you seriously allow him to leave the clinic?"

"I wasn't injured, Hakyeon." Leo said.

"I'm not talking to you." Hakyeon said which caused Hyuk to laugh and Leo to hit the youngest with a pillow.
