Link goes to Route 103 and he encounter a trainer.
"Hey trainer. Let's have a battle." Joey said.
"Sure." Link replied.
"Zigzagoon! Go!" Joey said senting out a Zigzagoon.
"Torchic! Come on out!" Link said senting out a Torchic.
"Torchic use scratch!" Link shouted.
Torchic attacks with scratch and Zigzagoon took damage.
"Use tackle!" Joey shouted
Zigzagoon attacks with tackle and Torchic took damage.
"Use scratch again!" Link shouted.
Torchic attacks with scratch and Zigzagoon took damage and fainted.
Link's Torchic gained experience points.
Link defeated the youngster Joey.
"You're so good! I need more practice." Joey said
Link received $50 for winning.
Link continues his journey and went to a tall grass and he found a wild poke'mon named Ralts. Link grabs his poke'ball and said.
"Go! Torchic! Use scratch!" He said after senting out a Torchic.
Torchic attacks with scratch and Ralts took damage.
Ralts used Confusion and Torchic took damage and Torchic is almost fainting.
"Use scratch again!" Link shouted.
Torchic attacks with scratch and Ralts took damage again and fainted.
Link's Torchic gained experience points.
Torchic grew to lv.7 and also Torchic learns a new move Ember.
Link has to head to the poke'mon center and he met Peach and Dr. Mario.
"Hello I'm Peach, I am the kind of the Poke'mon center. And this is my assistant, Dr. Mario. He is incharge of healing poke'mon while I'm gone so what can I help you?" Peach said nicely to Link introducing herself and asking what will he do.
"I need to heal my poke'mon." Link replied.
"Oh is that so, Okay I'll heal them just in a few seconds." Peach replied back getting Link's poke'mon to heal it.
"Here you go! It's fully healed. Have a nice day." Peach said to Link nicely after healing Link's poke'mon.
Link leaves the Poke'mon center and he met Zelda again at the entrance of the Poke'mon center.
"Hello Link. How are you doing? Let's have a quick battle." Zelda said.
"Sure, But I'm going to beat you." Link replied getting ready for battle.
"Go! Mudkip!" Zelda said senting out a Mudkip.
"Torchic! Come on out!" Link said senting out a Torchic.
"Torchic! Use scratch!" Link shouted.
"Mudkip! Use water gun!" Zelda shouted back.
Mudkip spits water gun to Torchic and took major damage in a one hit K.O. and fainted.
Link lost the battle against Zelda.
"All to easy." Zelda said.
"Did you just kill my Torchic in a single hit?!" Link replied questioning but angrily.
"But why not take your Torchic to the poke'mon center?" Zelda replied back to Link with an answer and taunting.
Link gets angry at Zelda and rushes to the poke'mon center and Dr. Mario got surprised and said.
"MAMAMIYA! What is all about this?"
"I need you to heal my poke'mon!" Link shouted.
"Again! Why?" Peach replied questioning.
"I just lost the poke'mon battle." Link replied back with the answer.
"I'll heal your poke'mon in a few seconds." Peach replied back getting Link's poke'mon to heal it.
"Here you go! But in order to prevent a poke'mon from fainting. Buy potions in the poke'mart or have more poke'mon so that you prevent from losing the battle." Peach said to Link giving his poke'mon back after healing. Then giving advice to Link what to do.
"But where is the poke'mart?" Link replied questioning.
"We have a poke'mart in the Oldale town beside us." Peach replied back with an answer.
"Okay. Thanks for the information." Link replied back thanking Peach for the information then leaves the poke'mon center and heads to the poke'mart to buy his potions and poke'balls.
Upon his entry. "Hello! Welcome to the poke'mart what can I help you?" Poke'mart owner said.
"I want to buy the potions and some of my poke'balls." Link replied.
"We can have a starter kit for all first time trainers." Poke'mart owner replied back.
"Sure I want the starter kit." Link replied back purchasing the starter kit.
"Here you go. And have a good day." Poke'mart owner replied back giving the starter kit to Link and greets when he leaves the poke'mart.
