Link leaves his own secret base and heads to the Fortree City poke'mon center to heal his poke'mon. Then heads to the poke'mart to restock his potions and revives and also grabs a status effect recovery for his next gym battle and to his fighting trainers. Then heads to Route 120 to train.
Link goes forward and was surprised by a Parasol Lady named Clarissa.
"Walking on the route doesn't feel your essence, isn't it." Clarissa said.
"Go! Pelipper!" Clarissa said senting out a Pelipper.
"Go! Luxray!" Link said senting out a Luxray.
"Luxray! Use Thunder Fang!" Link shouted.
Luxray starts attacking with Thunder Fang at Pelipper but however...
"Pelipper! Use Wing Attack!" Clarissa shouted back.
Pelipper sends a struck with large, imposing wings to Luxray and took minor damage only.
"Okay! Use Brine!" Clarissa shouted once more.
Pelipper starts attacking with Brine and Luxray took minor damage again.
"Luxray! Use Thunder Fang!" Link shouted.
Luxray starts attacking with Thunder Fang but however...
"Wing Attack! Pelipper!" Clarissa shouted back.
The attack of Pelipper failed because Luxray managed to bite Pelipper with Thunder Fang in a direct hit and took major damage and it is about to faint.
"Pelipper! Get up!" Clarissa said to Pelipper trying to get up.
Pelipper tries to get up before Link finishes another move. Pelipper moves it's wings slowly but keeps on falling down and Pelipper keeps trying not to faint. But....
"Finish it off with Quick Attack!" Link shouted to finish the poke'mon off.
Luxray lunges the attack at Pelipper but Pelipper managed to get up and fight back. And also Clarissa has to command Pelipper before Luxray managed to damage Pelipper with Quick Attack.
"Pelipper! Use Protect!" Clarissa shouted as she is trying to prevent Pelipper from fainting.
Pelipper failed to comply the attack. Because Luxray managed to get its speed to Pelipper and took damage and fainted.
Link's poke'mon gained experience points. Luxray grew to lv.49 and it wants to learn a new move named Scary Face but it is full of move sets. So Link confirms that Roar should be removed and replace it with a new one named Scary Face. Fraxure grew to lv.48 and it evolved into a Haxorus, and lastly Clawtizer grew to lv.55.
"Pelipper! Return!" Clarissa said to Pelipper returning to a poke'ball.
"Luxray! Return!" Link said to Luxray returning to a poke'ball.
"Leavanny! I choose you!" Clarissa said senting out a Leavanny.
"Pidgeot! Come on out!" Link said senting out a Pidgeot.
"Leavanny! Use Stuggle Bug!" Clarissa shouted.
Leavanny starts attacking with Struggle Bug but however...
"Dodge it! Then use Wing Attack!" Link shouted back.
Pidgeot dodge the attack of Leavanny then sends a struck of imposing wings to Leavanny and took major damage.
